With such a wide variety, it’s hard to pinpoint which art stands out the most, but with cards like The Abyss Dragon Swordsoul or Chaos Beast within the set, you have no choice but to give these beautiful cards the respect that they deserve.

10Shell Of Chaos

In this card, we have extraordinary artwork that you usually wouldn’t get with a four-star card. We see the mechanical shell of what could be considered a griffon-like structure that has absolutely no source of life in it. Still, in the background, the Core of Chaos is shining brightly as if it’s foreboding a terrible fate that could happen when the two things come together.

Who knows what could be made from the combination of these two things, but that plays into the artwork well and responds to our curiosity.

9Chaos Beast

The artwork in this card is a perfect example of a chaotic creature, showing the duality of light and dark. We have one-half of the beast, a shadowed being that resembles a cold-blooded and reptilian-like monster, and the other half being a warm-blooded animal that looks like a canine in the face but also has the mane of a lion.

Plus, the mixture of light armor and the skull decal necklace gives a perfect blend of light and darkness that encompasses the concepts of yin and yang, good and evil, and so forth.

8The Abyss Dragon Swordsoul

Swordsoul cards already had epic artwork, but nothing can compare to the epic nature of this card. Abyss Dragon has so much going on, an example being the snake-like appearance of the lower half of the artwork, with the multi-eyed dragon-like creature and then the sizeable upper body that relates to the other Swordsouls.

This card reminds you of what could happen to the hero if they dip too far to the other side of their darkness, becoming some maleficent type of being in exchange for power.

7Kashtira Overlap

Tapping into power with a gleeful expression, we witness Kashtira Riseheart hold his hand to what could be considered a power generator. Still, it gives us an ominous sense of this going wrong with the purple light emitting from the generator.

This type of artwork makes you wary of where this might go because you’re curious to see what could happen, but it may result in something that even Riseheart might not want to happen. It’s like you’re tapping into a power that shouldn’t be explored, but you can’t help but want to see.

6Icejade Gymir Aegirine

Nothing screams more powerfully than a cold-hearted woman walking toward you with shards of ice in the air, poised and ready to fire in your direction. Icejade Gymir sends shivers down your spine from the mere sight of it.

Still, if you pay more attention to thiswater attribute card, you may see a pair of red eyes in the background, suggesting an even more sinister being hidden by the visage of the woman in front of it. She sits in the middle of the card, floating in the air, waiting to send an attack in your direction, it makes you want to see where else this story may go.

This card is heart-wrenching as we see two other cards, Fallen of The Albaz, trying his hardest to save Guiding Quem as the two descend from the sky into the ocean below. It’s beautiful because we have such an intense scene.

This card is a piece of artwork that makes you go through the entire storyline for these specific aspects, wanting to see the end.

4Number C62: Neo-Galaxy Eyes Prime Photon Dragon

A card that screams “ultimate lifeform” is this one. Being an evolved version of theBlue-Eyes White Dragon, Neo-Galaxy Eyes stands at the pinnacle of super cool and ultimate dragons. This version of this card is even more incredible, with the neon red lights glowing from every inch of its body, standing in the middle of space surrounded by many stars, thus making us already know that it is a very intimidating existence that needs to be respected.

Adding more are the multiple heads that seem to be charging up power to unleash a powerful attack, causing you to watch in awe to see what else this dragon can do.

3Granguignol The Dusk Dragon

No one would want to be in front of a powerful duo like this. Not only do we have a porcelain-skinned woman standing with a demonic sword in her right hand, but she also has a gigantic dragon with stained glass-colored wings.

It’s almost like you have found the secrets of a church, and now you have to pay a terrible cost for uncovering them by encountering these two individuals. The card’s composition is beautiful, combining multiple complimenting colors ranging from red, purple, black, yellow, and blue, and somehow making it all work.

2Mirrorjade The Iceblade Dragon

Having the same eye color as the creature standing behind Icejade Gymir, we now have a good idea of what could give that terrifying feeling, the magnificent and powerful Iceblade Dragon. This giganticdark attribute creaturehas armor made of ice, plus multiple blades of ice forming behind it as it rears itself, ready to face off against any threat that dares to stand in its path.

What makes this artwork even more mesmerizing is the use of red, as it compliments the blue and white that take up most of the art, making it stand out and adding a sinister aspect.

1Kashtira Arise-Heart

Yu-Gi-Oh! does a fantastic job designing powerful mech-like creatures and people, but this one is on a tier of its own. We have the intimidating pose of Arise-Heart, facing us with shogun-inspired armor. Still, the left arm is engulfed in iridescent blue flames with corrupt black spikes emitting malicious energy.

But even though the arm draws so much attention, we still have to recognize that Arise-Heart has a weapon in his right hand, ready to strike down any foe or anybody that decides to face him.
