The game is Roguelike in nature, which means that you’ll have to start a campaign all over again if the main character gets eliminated during a mission. This allows you to see the same cutscenes involving your favorite character repeatedly.
7Gloves - Danny Glover
Gloves is a former detective who joins your crew after a few days when you play the campaign mode for the first time. With the diverse connections built during his life as a detective, he brings a range of special missions like Import Export or Money Train to your notice.
Without Gloves, you wouldn’t be able to go on heists that provide millions of dollars in the end. He’s a sassy character who doesn’t even bow down in front of Travis Baker himself. Being an integral part of your core crew,Gloves also bring special perksthat you can unlock permanently.
6Touchdown - Michael Rooker
The end goal of Baker’s Battle mode in Crime Boss: Rockay City is to control all the turfs in the city. These turfs can be seen under the map section, and each one of them will be colored according to the gang leader who’s controlling them. Touchdown is the crew member who oversees everything related to the Turfwar.
While it’s still you deciding the turfs that you want to take, you’ll usually see Touchdown motivating his crew before the fight. After you take enough turfs belonging to a certain gang leader, Touchdown will also give you missions to weaken that leader. After completing these missions successfully, the turf fights against them will be much easier.

While he’s a little slippery, Touchdown tries his best to further your cause. When you’re defending a turf from an enemy’s attack, you’ll be able to use Touchdown with an M16 and mow the enemies down.
5LT - Kerby Joe Grubb II
You’ll see LT as the Sheriff’s sidekick for the first time when they’re both landing in Rockay City. He’ll be briefing the Sheriff about the gang leaders and what they stand for. From the get-go, LT seems like a gullible character who’s intimidated by the Sheriff, but he’s also a phenomenal source of information.
He’s the man solely responsible for certain information like Khan’s shipment or Hielo’s sudden activities reaching the Sheriff. You’ll usually find a cutscene involving this character when you start a new day during your campaign.
4Casey - Kim Basinger
The person who upheld Baker’s empire while he was away, Casey is a gorgeous woman whotakes care of Baker’s finances. You can usually find her in the Office section of your campaign, and she’ll also be a part of most discussions that involve a serious mission.
Her commitment to Travis shows when she sends her girls to Khan’s boat to distract his soldiers, which opens up the way for the crew to rob the ship. It’ll be hard to say no to her, which is why she will also ask you to get a new car when the time comes. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to go on heists as Casey in the game.
3Sheriff - Chuck Norris
The major attraction when it comes to the cast of Crime Boss: Rockay City, the Sheriff entered Rockay City after its crime warlord’s demise. He takes the matter into his own hands and tries to curb the crime in the city. You’ll have a cutscene with Sheriff talking down on you every time your campaign fails.

With his charming personality and intimidating nature, it’s going to be hard to avoid the Sheriff. If you make too much noise during your missions, you’ll leave more evidence for him, which will bring him closer to catching you. You have to rely on stealth and some boss level perks if you want to get past his sight.
2Nasara - Damion Poitier
If there’s anyone who can replace Travis Baker in his absence, it’s Nasara. This character introduces you to specialcrew members like Jupiter, Ranger, and Cracker. He’ll also be the person guiding you and your crew during a mission. You’ll hear him briefing you at the start of every mission.
Moreover, he’ll tell you when you’ve looted enough for the objective and when there are police vehicles on the way to fight you. With a deep connection to the criminal world and undying loyalty for Travis Baker, Nasara is one of the greatest supporting characters in Crime Boss: Rockay City.
1Travis Baker - Michael Madsen
Finally, the main character himself takes the trophy for the best character in the game. From the get-go, you’ll find Travis Baker involved in almost every cutscene, and the best part is that you can also take him to the heists. Finishing a robbery as Travis Baker gives you some experience to your boss level.
When your warehouses are attacked and a lot of your stash is in danger, Travis will want to be a part of the mission, which shows how much he cares about controlling the city. Even after so many talents, Baker is grounded enough to rely on other crew members when he needs to.
