Geralt is not the only person following treasure maps for their contents inThe Witcher 3.In the unmarked and hard-to-find quest Yustianna Disturbed, you come across a group of budding treasure hunters in a secluded cave. Despite the difficulty involved in finding the location, the visit will be well worth the trip.

Where To Start Yustianna Disturbed
The only way to find this cave is todiscover it yourself.You will have to ride out tothe northeast tip of Ard Skellig,looking out for the Fast Travel point forYustianna’s Grotto.The cave is just next to the marker.
You will wantThe Eye of Nehaleniprior to entering this cave. The item, given to Geralt by Keira in the questWandering In The Dark, is something that you should have by this point in the game for its utility.

The first of the treasure chests is waiting at the entrance.Turn your Witcher Senses onto see the initial pair.
From here, the cave branches into two paths. You haveto make a decisionabout how to proceed.

Left
You willencounter an illusory wall.You will have touse the Eye of Nehalenito dispel it and gain access toa hidden corridor.
There will beno opportunity to talk to the banditslater, forcing you to kill them.
Right
This path leads you tothe bandits waiting in a large chamber.While you candefuse the situation peacefully,you will have tokill all of themto take the treasure for yourself.
Getting The Most Out Of The Cave
If you hadgone down the right tunnel,you should search thenortheastside of the cave. The exit for the illusionary tunnel is located there.Dispel the false wallto gain access to several more chests.
There areseveral chests tucked away in corners,making it advisable todouble backthrough the cave to make sure you got everything.
