The Treasure Hunt: Pearls of the Coast has Geralt explore a sunken ship on the search for a chest said to be full of silver after discovering its location from some pirates. This isn’t quite true, though you will be swimming away with a fancy new sword at the very least.
Where To Start Treasure Hunt: Pearls Of The Coast
The clue starting this quest isjust south of Eldberg Lighthouse,where you can fight a powerful specter at the end ofContract: The Phantom of Eldberg.It’s at a pirate camp that’s full of people thatattack Geralt on sight.
Another quest,A Hallowed Horn,is to the camp’seast.You can wipe out the pirates at that location as well to start another short quest. This encounter will involve more pirates, but will let you get more out of this outing.

Look fora pouch next to the campfire.It contains anunsent letterwhich will start the treasure hunt when read.
How To Find The Treasure
The quest willlead Geralt into the ocean,where a large shipwreck awaits. It rests so far from the surface that pearl divers haven’t been able to reach its cargo. As a witcher, Geralt can hold his breath longer than any normal human, making it possible for him to claim this treasure.
You can call on one of Geralt’s other abilities, consuming potions, to help you find the chest. ImbibingKiller Whalewill allow him to hold his breath for a longer period of time.

Use Witcher Sensesto highlight the chest, making it easier to find in the murk. While most of its contents are random, it will containInis, a steel swordthat sports a distinctive curved blade andhas innate armor piercing.
