Surviving inFallout 76takes a lot of grinding, especially for those items that keep you alive. Staying on the land can kill you in-game, and the items you need to help in that regard grow on the land itself.

You need healing recipes to keep yourself alive, and items such as Thistle are required to craft them. Fortunately, they can be found in easy locations on the map. Just keep your eyes open for any threats that might be wandering around. Follow this guide to make your survival in Fallout 76 a tad easier.
Thistle
It’s a flower that grows onThistle Plants, found in the region ofAppalachia, inToxic Valley. It is a volatile plant and once stepped upon, explodes, creating toxic smoke and dealing 30 radiation damage to the surroundings.
In addition to his crafting benefits, the Thistle can also be consumed raw, which does almost nothing to improve the stats. However, as abovementioned,it can be used to make healing recipes that are intended to cure diseasesand make you stay alive in the harsh environments of the game.
There aretwo areaswhere we can find these flowers.
Before you begin searching for the Thistle in these areas, you should know thatonly one person per server can farm them. If they are not present for you at one of the mentioned locations, it means that they have already been crafted by another player. If that is the case, hop on a different server and try again.
Willard Corporate Housing
Two of the flowers can be found in the house itself. you may find four more of themnorthwest of the area. Another one is in thenortheast of the housing area, and finally, the last flower in this area can be found to theeast of the house.
Wavy Willard’s Water Park
The first flower can be found justnorth of the park. Continue your search in the middle point of the park and Willard Corporate Housing. You will find one of the flowers there. You can also find two of the flowers sitting at theentrance of the park. Moreover, head to thesouth of Graninger Farmto find another flower. One more can be found to thesouth of Pioneer Scout Camp.
Finally, the last flower can be found on the north side of the town, more specifically, near thebooby-trapped mini-mart in Grafton.
These are all the spots where you may find the flowers in-game to create healing recipes.
