Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Keyhas lots to see and do as you explore its many regions, allowing you to seek out and complete Quests, Gather unique Materials, and much more. Theeight Puni Statuesyou can find around theKarke Islesare a perfect example of this.

These eight Puni Statues will have to be tracked down and activated, spawning aBig Punimonster into the area, allowing Ryza and her friends to battle it for unique Materials and Resources. While some of these Statues can be tricky to track down, they can all be found within minutes if you know where to look!
All Puni Statue Locations
As mentioned above, you can find eightPuni Statuesthroughout theKarke Islesregion in Atelier Ryza 3.Finding and activating all eightStatues will spawn aBig Puniinto the area, giving you unique rewards when defeated.
The sections below will cover where you canfind all eight Puni Statues,with thelocation of the Big Puniand its rewardsbeing covered further below. With all eight Statues being in the Karke Isles, you should be able to seek them out quickly!
Puni Statue 1
Our firstPuni Statuecan be found by fast-traveling to theLand of the Three Swords Landmarkand simply walking a bit forward. you may find the Puni Statuenear two Chests,near the towering cliffside that sits behind the Landmark!
Puni Statue 2
Puni Statue number twois a bit more involved andrequiresyou to have theAir Drop Survival Toolequipped,as you will have todive underwaterto reach it. So ensure you have that created and ready to go before moving any further.
To theright of the Land of the Three Swords Landmark,you will see amaze-like structurecarved into the mountainside. Pull open theMapby pressingDownon yourD-Pad,and look closely for apathway leading to a water pool.This is your target.
Swim toward that pathway,thendive under the waterwith the Air Drop to find anunderground tunnelthat leads you into the aforementioned maze-like structure. Once you are through the tunnel, surface from the water and follow the pathway.
As youfollow the winding paths,you will come across afork in the road,with the option to go left or right.Head left,and follow the path until youreach another split pathway,in which you willhead left againto finally reach the second Puni Statue!
Puni Statue 3
Next is thethird Puni Statue,which can be found justsouth of the Erupting Hill Landmark,and southwest of the previous one. Open yourMapand look for anislandbelow the Erupting Hill Landmark that has anenormous spine behind it.Make your over to this island and headtoward the middle of itto find the third Puni Statue!
Puni Statue 4
Thefourth Puni Statuewill be located justwest of the Blue Life Spring Landmark,northwest of Statue number three. On yourMap,you will seean island with a circle-like rock structurecoming out of the cliffside behind it.
Head over to this island,andpass underneath the coveand into the rear portion of the island. There will be asmall patch of sand here that extends to your rightas soon as you enter.Follow this to the wallto find your fourth Puni Statue!
Puni Statue 5
Following that, thefifth Puni Statueis located on theisland just west of the Star Gazing Hill Landmark,which is northwest of the previous one.Make your way over to this islandand look for atall rock structurethat you can climb.
Dodge the enemies in the area, andmake your way on top of the rocksto find the fifth Puni Statue sitting at the top. Activate it and move on to the next one!
Puni Statue 6
Oursixth Puni Statueis another one that is much more involved than the rest andrequires you to have the Water Beast Summonto use its handyWaterfall Climbingability. If you don’t have this Summon yet, you must first complete the “Ruffian in the Waterfall"Normal Quest,which is obtained in theKurken Island region.
After you have that taken care of, headnorth of the Star Gazing Hill Landmarkto find afascinating-looking arearesting high above the ocean withlovely waterfallscascading over it. Use your Water Beast Summon totraverse up the waterfall.
Once here,head immediately to your right and keep going in that directionuntil you reach the sixth Puni Statue at the very end of the pathway. You can also take another waterfall up, which we suggest doing as there are some interesting things there!
Puni Statue 7
Thepenultimate Puni Statueis found by fast-traveling to theTree of Light Landmarkandheading south from it.In thearea that is a bit crowded with monsters,you will see the seventh Puni Statuenear the cliffside!
Puni Statue 8
Oureighth and final Puni Statueis found on the structure you keep seeing whenever you activate a Puni Statue and can be found by heading to theisland between the Erupting Hill and Blue Life Spring Landmarks.
To easily locate this on yourMap,look for anisland with an odd design on it.You will see aseries of deep black circles and a pathway that leads toward it.You canzoom inby holding downR2(PlayStation) to get a better look at the island.
Once you have located the island, make your way to it andfollow the pathway up to the large opened area.The final Puni Statue will beimmediately in front of you as soon as you enter.Activate it, then head to the next section to find out where theBig Puniis located!
Big Puni Information
Now that you have activatedall eight Puni Statues,aBig Puniwill spawn into theKarke Isles.But, before we get into where you can locate it, let’s briefly go over what you can expect when fighting it, as you do not want to face it underprepared.
The Big Puni is aLarge Monsterthat isLevel 45,so ensure your party is up to the task before taking it on, or this adorable slime will obliterate you. It is alsoweak to the Ice and Lightning Elementsbutresistant to Fire,so be mindful of that before battling it.
Lastly, you will receive theGiant Puniball Materialas a drop after defeating the Big Puni, a highly valuable resource, especially early on in your journey. The Big Puniwill periodically respawn,so be sure torevisit every now and againto get your hands on its Materials!

To find theBig Puniafter you haveactivated all eight Puni Statues,head to thesmall island just south of the eighth Puni Statue.you may find it quickly by lookingbetween the Erupting Hill and Blue Life Spring Landmarkson yourMapand locating the tiny island below where you activated the last Puni Statue!
