The Blue Medallions are back inResident Evil 4 Remake,and there are many more than there were in the original. Hung throughout the village, castle, and island by Los Illuminados cultists, these shiny discs can be destroyed to earn rewards from the Merchant. Whenever you see one, there are several more in the area - be sure to get them all before moving on!

Unless you’re attempting a speed run, it’s always worth taking the extra time to destroy every Blue Medallion. The extra Spinels will yield new weapons, extra crafting materials, or even an Exclusive Upgrade Ticket!

Blue Medallion Locations - Farm
Immediately after the first big battle in the Village Square, you’ll find the Farm. The first building you see is a shed with a typewriter.Check the rear of the building’s exteriorto find the game’s first Blue Medallion.
Across from the locked gate under the windmill is a large barn;look upto see a Medallion hanging from the second-story window.

In the barnyard where the animals are kept,look through the rear window of the cow shedto get a clear shot at the third Medallion. You can also see it from inside the shed, but there’s no good angle from which to hit it.
While you’re in the barnyard, enter thesmall pigpenand look in the rafters to find another Medallion.

When you reach the windmill’s mechanical room,leave through the side doorand jump down to ground level. Immediately turn around and look at the underside of the platform that you jumped from to find the farm’s final Medallion.
Blue Medallion Locations - Fish Farm
While moving through the Quarry tunnels, you’ll see a Wayshrine on your left. When you do,back upandstand against the right-hand wall. By looking all the way up, you should be able to see the Blue Medallion hanging from a scaffolding over the left wall. It’s easiest to hit if you have therifle and scope.
After fighting the Brute and his cohorts at the beginning of the Fish Farm, look in the shack at the top of the ramp for an easy-to-spot Medallion.

In the center of the Fish Farm,stand between the two sections of the collapsed boardwalk.Look between the slats of the tower against the left-hand wall to find a Blue Medallion.
When you collect the Boat Fuel from the generator shed on the Fish Farm, leave the building and take a left. You’ll see the chest containing Hexagon Piece B. Stand in front of the chest and face directly away from it to find a Blue Medallion.

At the lakeshore, before boarding the boat for the battle with Del Lago,walk all the way to the rightfrom the point where you climb down the scaffold.Look under the dock, and you’ll barely see the blue glint of a Medallion. It might not be visible at first, but as it rotates you’ll be able to see and shoot it.
Blue Medallions show up on the map once you’ve accepted the related Merchant Request. Use this to look for search areas and sight lines if you’re having trouble!

Blue Medallion Locations - Castle
As you climb the stairs just before the catapult attack,look over the side to the rightat the tree below. A Blue Medallion is hanging from a branch.
When you first man the cannon,look to the left of the bridge- there’s a Blue Medallion in the window that you’re able to destroy in spectacularly epic fashion!

While you’re standing at the cannon, check behind you - there’s a Blue Medallion and a pack of Resources to be collected!
After finishing with the cannon,jump down into the towerthrough the hole in the roof. Look immediately toward the platform mechanism, and you’ll see a Blue Medallion that’s within easy reach.

Since you’re able to’t go back the way you came,follow the pathuntil you reach a door that you can unlock to return to the main area. Past the door is a Blue Medallion on the left, and a chest containing an Elegant Bangle!
Once the catapults are dealt with,stand with your back to the destroyed doorto the next area. Look up and to the right, and you’ll see a Blue Medallion hanging from the tower.

Blue Medallion Locations: Grand Hall
When you first enter the main hall, look to the right in the foyer just before the Merchant’s torch. There’s a Blue Medallion within easy reach on the wall.
When you approach the Chimera Statue, lookbehind the rotunda. A Blue Medallion hangs behind the rearmost pillar.

The large chandelier in the Grand Hall has a Blue Medallion hiding near its center. It’s easiest to spot from the upper level.
Before dropping into the Armory to retrieve the Lion Head,look in the alcove behind where Ashley is standingto find a Blue Medallion.

Look under the balcony where the Zealot Leader first appears in the Gallery. You’ll need to face the entrance that you entered from in order to see the Blue Medallion.
In the Dining Hall, there’s a Medallionhiding behind the drapesof the window nearest the portraits of the Lord and Lady.

Blue Medallion Locations - Cargo Depot
When you first enter the Depot from the Merchant’s Hideout,look to your right.A Medallion hangs in the distance. Remember to use a regular scope instead of the Biosensor if you decide to hit it with a rifle!
After dropping down from the broken staircase, fight the pair of Ganados that appears. When they’re dealt with,look up and to the leftto see a Medallion in the crane gantry.
Next, follow the path to the left from the spot where you fight the first pair of Ganados. You’ll find a Medallionhanging from a red cargo container.
Return to the main corridor that the Ganados charged from andlook for stacked crates on the right.The next Blue Medallion is behind them. Be warned that shooting it will likely alert the Ganado by the stairs, so it might be worth destroying this Medallionafter you’ve eliminated him stealthily.
When you climb the stairs to the upper level,look back and to the leftbefore going inside. The fourth Blue Medallion is hanging from the side of a water tower.
Blue Medallion Locations - Cliffside Ruins
Immediately after the helicopter is destroyed,kill the Novistadorsand go down the ladder in the ruined building ahead of you. In the room at the bottom,look out the rightmost window. You’ll barely be able to see a Blue Medallion in the rocks. Your angle needs to be just right, so move around if you need to.
Next, return to the surface and start down the path back to the Stronghold. With precise positioning, you’ll be able tosee through a hole in the wallbehind the ladder that you just climbed and shoot the Blue Medallion there.
Finally, follow the main path. you may see a Medallion hanging off the side of the cliff.
Take out your rifle andlook through the scopeat the steeple ahead. A Medallion is hanging in one of the windows.
Following the same path,look to your left, in the scaffolding directly under the fire on the roof above, to spot the game’s last Blue Medallion.
