In a now-deleted tweet (viaDexerto), JustAMinx confirmed she’d been contacted by a Twitch community representative who explained she was being suspended for breaking Twitch’s self-harm rules. Specifically, she was “incapacitated on stream” during a February 26 broadcast.

JustAMinx’s Twitch pagehas been taken down, but clips of the incident are being circulated on Reddit. In the clip, you’re able to see JustAMinx slurring her words, struggling to keep her eyes open, and nodding her head as if trying to stay awake. She also drops a bottle and then calls out, “My f***ing whiskey!” She then drops to the floor and we can hear clinking glass.
Twitch’s self-harm policybans self-destructive behavior, including content that “glorifies, promotes, or encourages self-harm. Twitch also prohibits “activity that may endanger your life, lead to your physical harm, or encourage others to engage in physically harmful behavior.”
It seems JustAMinx was at least aware of these policies enough to hold the whiskey bottle off-camera. Too bad she was so drunk that she dropped it.
This isn’t the first time JustAMinx has been suspended from Twitch. Last year, she received another week-long ban for using a “derogatory slur” on stream. That slur was the word “cracker,” which Twitch hassince removed from its list of derogatory terms.
