Persona 3 Portable Female Protagonist - April Walkthrough
While it’s a bit more interactive than the games that came after it,April in a Persona gameis designed to be a bit ofa hand-holding experienceas it eases you in.
Though newcomers to the series appreciate thein-depth introductionto concepts like Personas, the Velvet Room, shadows, and the like, veterans may find the introduction to be a little slow for the same reason.

April spends a lot of time setting up the story. Not only does it explain the basic premise of P3P and Persona on the whole, but it also introduces you toplenty of social links, the town, your school, SEES and its mission, and more.
Evening
There’sno difference in Velvet Room attendantsother than which character fills the role, and both serve the same function.
It comes down to your preference. We went with Theodore for this playthrough, asTheodore is exclusive to the female protagonist.

4/22: Wednesday
The remainder ofyour map is availablefor exploration beginning after school. You can use it tofast travel between locationsaround Tatsumi Port Island and Iwatodai.
Take note, however, thatsome stores will remain closed until set dates.

If you’re playing through the game on aNew Game + save file, this is the day whenthe Monad Depthsbecome available for exploration.Since teammate levels don’t carry over, this is a great way to grind in a NG+ save.
However, while it does carry over (beginning on 5/10),you won’t have access to your Compendium this month, so you may face difficulty if you try to do this optional block of Tartarus early.

While there’s plenty to do around Iwatodai, you have a big night of exploring Tartarus tomorrow, and you’ll want tobe in Great conditionfor this push.
If you need, since the mechanic didn’t carry into later entries in the Persona series, we’ve got aComplete Guide to Conditionswith all the info you’ll need.Condition matters in P3P, so keep it in mind during your playthrough.

After School
Triggering scene isone of the two flagsrequired to begin theTemperance social link.
