CD Projekt Red is finally rolling out a much anticipated patch that should address the issues players have been experiencing with The Witcher 3’s “next-gen” update. While the game was updated with major performance and graphics enhancements for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series last month, players have been reporting a host of new visual bugs, technical issues, and glitches. Now, CD Projekt is rolling out Patch 4.01 for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. “It improves the overall stability and performance of the game on next-gen consoles and PC, and brings various fixes to all platforms”, the studio said via the official Witcher account on Twitter. As CDPR says, those on previous gen platforms also stand to gain from this new patch.Related:The Witcher 3’s Novigrad Might Be The Best Video Game City Of All TimeCD Projekt included a full list of changes for Patch 4.01 via a blog post on The Witcher site.
