Healing Potency is increased by 50 percent.
Multi Burst
Heal Rate and Item Power are increased across all party members.
Perpetual Machine
Core Charge (CC) is reduced by one at the cost of significantly lowering the Item’s Power.
Power Throw++
Healing Potency and Damage are increased by 45 percent, but its Wait Time is extended as a result.
Rapid++
Wait Time is lowered by 45 percent at the cost of significantly reducing the Item’s Power and Healing Potency.
Overpower
Critical Hit Rate and Item Power are raised by 50 percent.
