12Any Weapon - Counter-Strike: Global Offensive

There are plenty of strategies that professional gamers inCS:GOuse to get an edge on their opponent. One such strategy that is terribly diabolical is that of throwing weapons.

It feels so rewarding to trick a player into thinking you threw a flashbang just for it to be your empty pistol, earning a kill and jeers from the enemy team at the same time. While yes, they don’t really do damage, it is still a clever way to use a thrown weapon.

Perhaps no game is more Western thanRed Dead Redemption 2, and perhaps no tool of cowboys is more synonymous with the Western genre than the lasso.

While not invented as a weapon, RDR2 changes that a little bit, allowing you to lasso and drag around enemies at any moment. There’s something so satisfying about tossing your rope out towards a particularly annoying enemy and hogtying them, or just pulling them around for a while.

10Brick - The Last Of Us

The post-apocalyptic world ofThe Last Of Usdefinitely has an unfair balance of weaponry against fungal-zombies. That’s why you have to get creative, with even simple bricks becoming weapons.

Hitting an infected with one of these is sure to knock them for a loop, giving you just enough time to make a clean getaway or to go in for the kill. Not to mention these can be good tools for distracting clickers too.

Thanks to an unfortunate bug in Hitman 3, it was able to track down enemies with unyielding persistence, albeit at rather slow speeds.

7Leviathan Axe - God Of War

Kratos has survived plenty of trials and tribulations in his adventures in theGod Of Warseries. Often thanks to all ofthe various weaponryhe has employed.

One such weapon that is becoming synonymous with the former god is his new Leviathan Axe. It may seem simple at first glance, but it has a few tricks up its… handle. One such is its ability to be thrown and then called back to the wielder. It’s pretty brutal burying the axe in an enemy from yards away just to have it return immediately to your hand.
