A dual-color partner commander is often powerful inMagic: The Gathering’sCommander format. It gives you two colors to play with on its own and when partnered with another commander, it can let you play with nearly every color available in the game.

Thrasios, Triton Hero is one of the best partner commanders out there. Simic (green/blue) is a very strong color combination as it gives you access to fantastic ramp and counterspells. Thrasios can mix well with other partner commanders as it has a generically solid ability that can help you to build advantage. Thrasios is a solid support commander to allow your other commander to do what they want to be doing.
10Kraum, Ludevic’s Opus
While Kraum, Ludevic’s Opus is moderately costly at five mana, when you have Thrasios, Triton Hero on the battlefield, you can get mana quickly to cast Kraum early on. Kraum gives you access to redfor a Temur (green/blue/red) color identity, which lets you take advantage of the many powerful cards within those colors.
The partner pairing works best as a toolbox engine where you have answers to whatever your opponents do. Since both Kraum and Thrasios help significantly with card advantage, it is not uncommon to have a hand full of interaction and the land on the battlefield to use them.

9Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker
Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker is a fantastic commander on its own. It constantly grows whenever your opponent casts a spell and can be hard to remove if you have the counterspells to keep it safe. By adding white into the mix, you gain access to a lot of protection spells as well as Stax (cards meant to slow the game down) pieces as well.
Ishai has flying, which makes it hard to block. Since you often aren’t attacking with Thrasios, Ishai is going to be one of the main ways you’re dealing damage. As it gains +1/+1 counters frequently, you are able to grow Ishai into a threat that can take someone out of the game in one swing with commander damage.

8Toggo, Goblin Weaponsmith
Since Thrasios, Triton Hero is about cheating lands onto the battlefield, it synergizes especially well with Toggo, Goblin Weaponsmith. While the equipment does not do much on its own, you can turn any creature into a source of burn damage for two mana.

Both Toggo and Thrasios only cost a small amount of mana to cast, which lets you start taking advantage of their effects early in the game. It works best as a land-centric deck, and luckily the Temur color combination has some of the best options for the strategy.
7Kydele, Chosen Of Kruphix
Kydele, Chosen Of Kruphix doesn’t add any new colors to the partner pairing with Thrasios but it is still fantastic. Simic colors have the best options for card draw (including Thrasios itself), which allows for Kydele to be tapped for a significant amount of mana.
This partner pairing is especially strong with rampand draw strategies, which will allow you to put large creatures onto the battlefield. While Kydele only adds colorless mana, you’re able to still use this to pay generic costs or filter it into proper colored mana with something such as Prophetic Prism.

6Jeska, Thrice Reborn
Since you are ramping so much with Thrasios, Jeska, Thrice Reborn can hit the battlefield multiple times a turn. This card comes in with more loyalty counters for each time it has been cast from the command zone, so you may start dealing outlarge amounts of damagewith its -X ability.
You do need a lot of mana to accomplish using Jeska to the best of its ability. Luckily, Thrasios and the Simic ramp spells let you put a ton of mana production onto the battlefield to ensure you may always cast Jeska.

5Krark, The Thumbless
Krark, The Thumbless is a deceptively strong partner commander. While flipping tails effectively removes your effect from the stack, you’re able to circumvent this when you are able to copy the spell through other means. The Simic colors Thrasios provides allow you to run plenty of cards, so you can copy your spells and cast a lot of copies with Krark.
Both commanders only cost two mana to bring out, which will allow them to immediately start impacting the game as early as turn one. There are a ton of powerful cards to copy available in Temur to make for a formidable deck.

4Tevesh Szat, Doom Of Fools
Tevesh Szat, Doom Of Fools' ultimate ability is phenomenal and can completely shut down other strategies that rely on their commander. It does require a lot of moving parts and protection to get there, but with Thrasios, Triton Hero you can ramp quickly to get Tevesh Szat on the battlefield early.

It is often a must-kill card (especially when it is close to ten loyalty), but thanks to the green and blue available to you, this can be done with counter and protection spells. The Simic additions Thrasios provides give you access to more proliferate tools to get to ten loyalty counters quicker as well.
3Kodama Of The East Tree
Kodama Of The East Tree synergizes fantastically with Thrasios'. Since you are often putting lands onto the battlefield with Thrasios, this triggers Kodama to allow you to put another one from your hand. This pairing allows you to flood the battlefield with lands.
The pairing works best with land-based strategies -especially ones that utilize the landfall ability. Although Kodama costs a fair bit of mana to cast, with how easily you can ramp in Simic it is hardly an issue. As an added bonus, Kodama Of The East Tree has fantastic stats as well, which make it harder to get rid off and a threat in combat.

2Vial Smasher The Fierce
Often, the partner commanders with two colors are strong since they can be paired with an entirely different color pair. This is the case with Vial Smasher and Thrasios, which give you access to every color except white. Vial Smasher The Fierce has the added bonus of doing random burn damage with your spells. Both creatures have low casting costs so you can start making use of them right when the game starts.
The partner pairing works so well because the colors synergize fantastically. For the competitive Commander players, the pairing gives you access to thepowerful Thassa’s Oracle/Demonic Consultation combo.

1Tymna The Weaver
One of the most played partner pairings is Thrasios with Tymna The Weaver. Both cards give you a hefty amount of easy card draw, which lets you see more of your deck. Thanks to the white Tymna provides, you gain access to a more controlling style of play with cards like Drannith Magistrate and Linvala, Keeper Of Silence.
The black spells allow you to run practically every tutor card, which helps to add much-welcomed consistency to decks. Black and blue are among the strongest colors in Commander, so having a pairing that gives you access to both is phenomenal.
