There is a new update inGenshin Impactevery six weeks, and most of these updates bring along a new five-star or four-star character. There are now over 50 characters to choose from, and they belong to seven elements. This allows the players to choose the character that suits their play style.

Dehya is a five-star Claymore-wielding character who can use the Pyro vision. She’s the second Pyro Claymore character in the game, and she’s being added to the Standard Banner after her featured banner ends. Players will be able to get this character at any point.
DPS Build
After looking at Dehya’s intimidating attackwhere she sets her Claymore aside and uses her fists as a weapon, most players would like to use her as a main DPS. Thankfully, her Elemental Burst allows you to do that if you build her in a certain way. The difficult part about Dehya’s DPS build is the split scaling.
Her Elemental Burst is themain source of damage in the DPS build, and it scales both on your ATK and HP. Moreover, whenever you place the turret from her Elemental Skill, you only deal damage based on your ATK.

On the other hand, the coordinated attacks performed by the turrets also scale on both ATK and HP. This makes it quite hard to balance her stats in this build, especially since it adds another stat you have to focus on.
The Emblem of Severed Fate is anartifact set that can be farmed through the Momiji-Dyed Court domain in Yashiori Island of Inazuma. Here’s what the bonuses from this set will bring to the table:

Gives an extra 20 percent Energy Recharge.
Four-Piece Bonus
Your Elemental Burst’s DMG is increased by 25 percent of your Energy Recharge. This bonus can go up to 75 percent.
Among all the artifacts in the game, this one suits her DPS play style the best.As mentioned above, it adds another stat that you need for her, and that’s Energy Recharge. Though a character has 100 percent Energy Recharge by default,so this set brings it up to 120 percent with just the two-piece bonus.

For this build to be good, you’ll need around 200 percent Recharge on Dehya. This will not only increase your Burst damage by 50 percent but also allow you to have good uptime on it. Moreover, certain weapons can make it easier to farm the correct stats on her like:
If you’re planning to use her signature weapon, it’s important to use characters that can’t put a shield on her. This includes the characters with shielding skills andall the Geo characters since the Crystallize reaction can also create shields.

Off-Field Support Build
Dehya’s Elemental Skillcreates a turret that makes a coordinated attack with your active character every 2.5 seconds. This turret stays on the field for 12 seconds, and you can also relocate it once throughout the duration. This works as a great off-field Pyro application, which opens the way for reaction-based damage.
The Tenacity of the Millelith is the perfect artifact for this since itgives you extra HP and increases your party members' ATK whenever your Elemental Skill deals damage. You can farm this artifact from the Ridge Watch domain near Dragonspine. Though the Shield Strength from the four-piece is quite useless.

If you like using her Elemental Burst more, you can try out the four-piece Noblesse Oblige set on her. This also gives your party members 20 percent ATK, except the buff applies when you use your Burst.
Ideally, you’d want to use your Elemental Skill followed by your Burst with this set.The turret will return to the battlefield when your Burst ends, and you’ll get around 12–15 seconds of ATK bonus.
The best weapon for this build from the current choices is the Katsuragikiri Nagamasa. You can craft this weapon when you’ve unlocked Inazuma and you have a Claymore prototype in your inventory. This weapon increases your Elemental Skill damage and allows you to get your Burst faster.
You can also use the Wolf’s Gravestone to give more buffs to your team, but it’s quite situational. The weapon increases your party members' ATK by 40 percent if you hit a low-health enemy. This buff stacks with your artifact set’s buff, and the entire build increases the damage of your party while giving them constant Pyro application.
Artifact Set Priority For Dehya
Artifacts are one of the main sources of your damage output in Genshin Impact. Each artifact has one main stat and up to four sub-stats based on their rarity. You’ll have to focus on different stats based on the build you’re going for:
Flower
HP (guaranteed)
ATK Percent > Energy Recharge > HP Percent > Crit Rate/DMG
Feather
ATK (guaranteed)
Crit DMG/Rate
Crit Rate/DMG > HP Percent > Energy Recharge
If you’re planning to use her signature weapon, you won’t need to focus on Crit Rate as much. This allows you to get better stats on the character since you’ll have an easier time with your artifacts.
HP Percent > ATK Percent
Talent Priority For Dehya
The characters in Genshin Impact feature six talents, and they’re divided equally between active and passive talents. The active talents can be upgraded up to ten levels while the passive ones stay on level one. If you’re planning to spend talent resources efficiently, you need to prioritize the correct talents:
Youdon’t have to upgrade Dehya’s Normal Attack talent at all since you won’t be using them for anything. This will save you a lot of resources, but you may still get this talent to level six if you want to.
Dehya Constellations
It’s usually quite hard to get constellations for a five-star character but it’s quite easy when it comes to Dehya. The character will be added to the Standard Banner roster after her featured banner, which means that you can get her while pulling on Character or Standard Banner randomly.
1
The Flame Incandescent
Increases Dehya’s Max HP and her Elemental Skill and Burst deal extra damage based on her HP.
2
The Sand-Blades Glittering
Increases the duration of your turret when you relocate it using your Elemental Skill. The turret also deals 50 percent extra damage.
3
4
An Oath Abiding
Dehya’s Energy and HP are restored when her attacks hit opponents during the Elemental Burst.
5
6
The Burning Claws Cleaving
Increases her Elemental Burst’s Crit Rate by ten percent. Moreover, the duration and Crit DMG of the Burst are increased whenever you perform a Crit hit.
