Updated Jul 15, 2025 by Jack Pierik:When you think about all the parts, features, and elements that come together to create a compelling sense of exploration in Minecraft, chances are one of the first things that popped into your mind were biomes. Yes, they all matter, even the Acacia biome.
An unfortunate truth, however, is that the human brain tends to crave novelty; you can only do or see the same thing over and over until you need to find something new. Thankfully, mods centered around biome variety and diversity can help with that. In this update, we’re adding two more mods for you to check out.
