Terraria has no true ‘end’. Instead, progression can be tracked in a few ways. Firstly, the boss progression ends with the Moon Lord. On average,it will take you around 50 to 60 hours to defeat the Moon Lord. This, of course, depends on what you choose to do before beating the boss.
For example, if you like to explore and take your time, it may take you a bit longer. Additionally, if you want to defeat every boss in the entire game, your hours may drastically increase.
Bosses aside, you are looking at hundreds of hours' worth of content. To fully complete the game and take in every piece of content, this will take youover 200 hours. Even then, you can keep playing, or just start again!
