The event is available from today until July 28, 2025 at 7.59am (PDT)/14.59 (GMT).The related seasonal quest cannot be handed in after this time, nor will the seasonal vendor be available after this time either, so ensure you get everything completed before then.
‘Inheritance’ Seasonal Quest Walkthrough
you may start this quest by speaking with theRoyal Seneschalat(X:10.5, Y:8.6)inUl’dah - Steps of Nald.
Next, head to(X:11.0, Y:11.2)inUl’dah Steps of Thaland speak toAldiytha.
After the short cutscene, you need to speak to the two following NPCs and trade them a fan:
Mythril Eye Reporter
(X:7.7, Y:12.3) in Ul’dah - Steps of Nald.
Return toAldiythaat(X:11.0, Y:11.2)inUl’dah Steps of Thaland give her the fan. It doesn’t matter which choices you make in the following conversation.
After the cutscene, it’s time to track down and speak to three more NPCs, which can be found in the following locations:
Restless Nobleman
(X:13.3, Y:9.3) in Ul’dah - Steps of Thal.
Next, go and speak toAldiythaonce more at(X:11.0, Y:11.2)inUl’dah Steps of Thal.
After the cutscene, speak toFortinat(X:10.7, Y:9.2)inUl’dah - Steps of Naldto complete the quest to get theBallroom Etiquette - Fan Fareand unlock the’Her Greatest Fan' achievement.
To get the other exclusive items available this year, you need to speak with theRoyal Handmaidenat(X:10.4, Y:8.6)inUl’dah - Steps of Naldand then purchase them.
You do not need to have completed the Seasonal Quest already in order to purchase these items.
