Like the other games in the series,Resident Evil 4 Remakeencourages gamers to play through the story again and again. By completing specific challenges, you can unlock new costumes, accessories, and weapons! Many of these are purely cosmetic, but several have in-game effects that will make the game’s toughest trials much easier.

If you plan on taking the fight to Los Illuminados while looking your best, or want some extra firepower to breeze through areas that gave you trouble before, check out all the ways that you can unlock new content for RE4 Remake!
After unlocking any of these items, you’ll still need to spend CP (Challenge Points) in the Bonus Content menu to make them available.

Unlockable Cosmetic Costumes And Accessories
Once you’ve unlocked these items, you can change what Leon and Ashley are wearing form theExtras Menu on the pause screen.These are purely cosmetic, and don’t have any effect on gameplay.
Complete the game on Standard difficulty or higher.

Accessories
Complete the game with an A rating on Standard difficulty or higher.
Complete the game on Hardcore difficulty or higher.

Unlockable Bonus Costumes And Accessories
These are much harder to unlock than the cosmetics, but each provides a useful in-game effect when equipped! Except for the Armor, all of these costumes and accessories are for Leon.
Unlockable Bonus Weapons
A handful of weapons are only available after completing the game under specific conditions. Once you’ve unlocked them and purchased them with CP, they’ll be available to take from Storage at any typewriter or between chapters.

Deluxe Edition Costumes, Accessories, And Weapons
These items are only available via purchasing downloadable content. They are automatically included in Resident Evil 4 Remake Deluxe Edition.
