One of the many joys inThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomis creating complicated and powerful vehicles to get you from one place to the next. One of the keys to making this endeavor go smoothly is the Steering Stick - not only does this activate and deactivate your creation at the click of a button, but it allows you to direct the various parts of your vehicle.

Tears of the Kingdom - Sitsum Shrine - Driving Through Lava

Sitsum Shrine’s puzzle is entirely based around this device and has you playing around with some useful vehicles and solving puzzles with them. Read on below to learn more.

How To Complete Sitsum Shrine: A Controlling Device

The first room you’ll walk into in this shrine has a few vehicles in it, one of them near a tunnel of lava. The first ‘challenge’ that this shrine holds is touse one of these vehicles to ride over the lava. Interact with the Steering Stick on top of the vehicle to be able to turn it at will.

You canpress forwardwhile using a Steering Stick tospeed up!

After turning the corner, drive forward until you canturn right down a narrow corridor. There’s aballattached to the right wall of this corridor - drive ahead to it, stop your vehicle and then use Ultrahand to grab the ball andattach it to your vehicle.

You’ll have to use the Steering Stick toreverse your vehicle out of the corridor now, as there’s no room to turn around. Justhold back on the analog stickwhile the vehicle is active. Bring the ball up to the slot nearby, turning right out of the corridor, and you’ll unlock the way to a chest. It contains aMighty Construct Bow.

Now, drive around the next corner to find anenemy. you may use your vehicle to bash it about a bit, or just get off and destroy it.

In this area, you’ll find someWings with Fans attached. However, they don’t haveSteering Sticks- steal one from one of the nearby vehicles using Ultrahand, and attach it to one of the Wings. Use it tofly over to the shrine’s exit, steering it around the pillars on the way.

With flying vehicles, pressing forward with a Steering Stick will make the vehicle point downward, while pulling it back will make the vehicle pull up.
