At the end of what could be generously described as a “mutually beneficial agreement”, Kiera may be recruited to fight at Kaer Morhen against the Wild Hunt. This outcome is contingent on a final conversation you have with her, with fatal consequences if you do not succeed in recruiting her.
Helping Keira
To get Kiera’s help, you will need to resolve her storyline, which begins after the main questWandering in the Dark.
You will need to accept the quest,A Favor For A Friend, from her in Velen. The storyline ends withFor the Advancement of Learning.

Over the course of these quests, Keira will have Geralt help her with a personal project, culminating in herattempting to seek amnesty from King Radovid. To recruit her in Brothers In Arms: Velen, you will need toconvince her to go to Kaer Morhen instead.
Failing to recruit Keirawill have her meet a gristly fate, andwill fail the quest. If you have taken a liking to her, it would be in your best interest toconvince her to go with you.
