These formidable creatures are a force to be reckoned with, boasting incredible strength, agility, and unwavering loyalty to their allies. We delve into the world of Flesh and Blood Arakni, exploring their origins, abilities, and how best to utilize them in combat.
Arakni Playstyle
Arakni is a highly formidable Assassinin Flesh and Blood. Their unique ability allows them topeek at the top of the opponent’s deck whenever a card with contra is played.
This enables the player tochoose whether to keep the card there or move it to the bottom of the deck.

This abilitycan trigger various Assassin attack reactions, which generate Silver.
Silver is a crucial resource for Arakni’s game plan. Itenables them to repeatedly retrieve their class-specific equipment, such asBlacktek Whisperersand Mask of Perdition, from the graveyard in exchange for two Silvers each.
These pieces of equipment providepotent effects and also grant one Health each time they are brought back due to their battle-worn ability.

This makes Arakni increasingly powerful and more difficult to deal with as the game progresses.
Arakni’s strength and durability make themideal for prolonged battles, while their affinity for stealth suits them for reconnaissance and surprise attacks.

Additionally, Arakni heroeshave a natural affinity for stealth, making them great for reconnaissance and surprise attacks.
Given all of these factors,Arakni is particularly suited to being a control deckwiththe ability to switch to an aggressive approachwhen necessary.
Best Cards For Arakni
In The Flesh and Blood, several cards work well with Arakni heroes and can greatly enhance their effectiveness in combat. Here are a few examples:
Notes
Leave No Witnesses
This card has something in common with Command and Conquer. It banishes both the top card of the opponent’s deck along with their arsenal if allowed to hit. And since it has four attacks, it’s an importantbreak point to force the opponent to use two cards to block it out minimum.
Pair this card with one of the many attack reactions assassins have access to, such as Shredand Cut to the Chase, and now you have the potential to completely blow out the opponent.
Eradicate
Another powerful attack, this one, requires the target of the assault to banish cards from the top of their deck in an amountequal to the damage dealt by Eradicate if it succeeds. In addition to speeding up Arakni’s exhaustion plan, this effect is effective because itgives you one Silver for each banished yellow card.
Using this card with some of the many assault reactions, such as Shred andCut to the Chase, might sometimes allow you tobanish seven to ten cards from your opponent’s deckand make up tofour to six Silversfrom a single card.
Surgical Extraction
This card has the potential to be the strongest in the deck because it allows you tobanish a card from the opponent’s deck in addition to banishing the top card of their deck.
Additionally, by force discard, you canend an opponent’s turn entirely by stealing their important cards from their hand.
Strengths And Weaknesses Of Arakni
Arakni is a powerful hero in Flesh and Blood, with several key strengths that make them a popular choice among players. Still, they do have some notable weaknesses that players should be aware of.
Equipment – Strength
The main strengths of Arakni come from the equipment,Blacktek Whisperers and Mask of Perdition, thatcan block one damage for every two Silver you make in a game.
By the end of the game, usually, thisadds up to around ten to 20 Health gained just from the equipment alone.
Play Off One Card Hands – Strength
Arakni’s skill in playing off one-card hands is one of its other advantages. Except for one Assasins card, blocking out is a feasible strategy that practically no other hero possesses.
One of the unique advantages of playing with an Arakni hero in Flesh and Blood is that theyhave access to a range of powerful attack cards, such as Mask of Perdition, Leave No Witnesses, and Plunder the Poor, that can be used without spending any resources.
These cards also provide usefulon-hit effects that generate Silvers. As a result, players can opt for a viable strategy of blocking out just one of these cards, which can significantly limit the effectiveness of Arakni’s attacks.
This is a strategy that few other heroes can employ due to their reliance on spending resources to attack.
Powerful Assassin Attack Reaction – Strength
This card can run six to 12 potent Assassin Attack Reactions in the form of Shred and Cut to the Chase. They makestopping Arakni incredibly challenging.
Guardian Matchups – Weakness
In Flesh and Blood,Guardians have a distinct advantage in combat due to their ability to dominate attacks, which can be difficult to block. This can pose a challenge for players who are using other heroes, as it can be tough to defend against these attacks effectively.
One way to counter this is to adopt a more aggressive strategy that forces the Guardian player to block as much as possible, which canweaken their ability to dominate attacks and reduce their overall prowess in combat.
While this approach can be risky, it can pay off byforcing the Guardian player onto the defensive and potentially opening up opportunities for counter-attacks.
Variations Of Arakni
As for variations aside from our preferred control our Arakni, most people tend to run the more aggro variation of the deck, this deck runs cards such as these.
Captain’s Call
The next attack action card you play this turn that has a cost of two or fewer gains a +2 [Power] boost, and the following attack action card you play this turn that also has a cost of two or fewer gains an additional action.

Attacking does not acquire further movement. Nimblism demands anaction point before usageand offers an action point after resolution to go again.
Razor Reflex

The second choicedoes not allow you to target a weapon assault. While multiple instances of go again do not stack, if this is used in an attack that includes go again, you will only get 1 action point when the attack is resolved.
