There areeight Legendary Armsfor you to get your hands on, most of which are in areas with aDanger Level of 40or greater, so we strongly recommend doing these a bit later into your adventure when the majority of your party is at or beyondLevel 40.

Exorcising Bow Legendary Arm

TheExorcising Bowis one of the “easiest” Legendary Arms to obtain in Octopath Traveler 2, but it will still likely require lots of time and effort on your end to acquire. Unlike the vast majority of other Legendary Arms, the Exorcising Bow will be yours after youStealit by usingThroné’s Path Actionon anElderly Soldierfound inTimberain, which is located in theLeaflands.

To find the Elderly Soldier, teleport to the Timberain waymarkon your map, thenhead north to the next screento get to theCastle’s Square.Once here, take a leftand headdown the stairsto the grassy area. There will be apathway that leads north.Follow it up to find theElderly Soldier guarding a door. From here, you will want touse Throné’s Steal optionto snatch theExorcising Bowfrom his possession and into yours. However, there is one catch, you will need to be at a pretty high level to have a decent success rate of successfully grabbing it.

Thronéwill need to be at leastLevel 60to have an80 percent success ratetoStealthe weapon, so you may want to do this one much later in your adventure when your party has leveled up more. But, if you have the time to spare and want tokeep throwing fate at the RNG Gods, you canattempt to Steal and reload your Save File if you failand keep repeating that process until luck decides to grant you the Exorcising Bow.

Here, you will find anold manwho is referred to as the “Ruined Vessel.” This is your target toStealfrom usingThroné’s Path Action.Like the last time, you will need to have her to at leastLevel 60to have an80 percent chance of successfully Stealingthe Mooneater Dagger.

And don’t be afraid toexploit the Save Stationbeside the Ruined Vessel. You canattempt to Steal, fail, and reload your Saveto be right beside the Ruined Vessel in seconds to try your hand at it again. While it will be tedious, especially if your Steal chances are low, you can keep trying and reloading without damaging your reputation permanently.
