Selling Items
At the start of the game, you don’t really have too much money to work with. Like many survival-crafting games that involve a trading system,one of the best ways to make money is to sell crafted goods.This can be done alone; handcraft items and then head into town and sell them.Items like sticks and stones are readily available throughout the map, so you may make several knives to be sold.

If you have settlers living in your little town, you can alsodelegate them to work at certain jobs, creating items.With the items created, you can then sell them to make some money. Overall, we only recommend doing this if you have a supply of materials to build the item that you want to sell.It’s not a good idea to sell valuable things that you only have one of.
Additionally, a great,renewable source of income in hunting.When you hunt an animal, you will receive meat and in some cases, fur. This can be taken to town and sold. If you are near water, you can also fish and sell whatever you catch. If you prefer a hunt-free way to sell food,you can also sell crops that you grow, but this requires you to first get seeds.
Lastly, you can sell looted items. Did you find a gun that you don’t have any use for?Just sell it!
Renting Houses
Renting out houses that you build is the best way to make a continuous income in the game.When you build a house, you can either choose to live in it or rent it out to settlers.
The first step to doing this is to build a house.With at least one empty house, head to the nearest town.Here, you should find a small area of the town that hascovered wagons, horses, and people gathered.This is a spot for people who don’t live in town yet. When you speak with these people and invite them to live in your town.Rather than just joining, you will need to negotiate a rent price.You can set the rent to be whatever you want, but be sure to not make it too high.
With several houses and settlers, you will get asteady supply of rent money coming in!
