If you haven’t found a mystery room yet, we encourage you to take extra care to search each wasteland floor. You’re bound to find one in no time! And if you’ve found a mystery room already but wish to learn more, we listed some of the unique mystery rooms we found below.

How To Find Mystery Rooms

We can’t give clear directions to find a mystery room because VT2’s wastelands are randomly generated. Therefore, the mystery room could be anywhere on a wasteland floor. Plus, not every wasteland floor has a mystery room. However, we can tell you what to look for.

On amap, mystery room portals are abrighter shade of yellow than normal portals. However, they’re much easier to spot in the playfield. This is becausemystery room portals are yellow with a small blue and orange border, unlike regular green portals with a white and red border. Plus, mystery portals are not as big, sporting a more efficient look.

As the mystery room moniker implies, you’ll never know what you’ll get. However, you’ll learn more about what each type does after you’ve traveled through enough of them. These are the mystery rooms we’ve encountered so far.
