Simply put, this is the only reason Winning Formula exists. Any other use is a waste. Acquiring 30 of them is no small feat, mind you, and if you’re thinking of giving folks with terrific Overdrives (like Tidus, Wakka, and Rikku) Triple Overdrive, you’ll need 90 of the dang things.
