Some rewards, like Move Candies, require you to earn 20 special Move Candy Coins to exchange them for one of these rare candies. Other items, such as level-cap drinks, can be acquired by exchanging lower-tier drinks for rarer versions.
How To View Your Items
First and foremost, you’ll want to check what items you currently have on hand before deciding which ones to exchange.
You can check your item bag in one of two ways:

The first method will allow you to see every sort of item currently in your bag, organized by the type of item it is.
The second method will bring you to the store, where you’re able to begin to select common items to exchange for harder-to-find ones.

For example, you may need some Ultra Buff Blends, soyou can trade 50 Great Buff Blends for one of the Ultra versionsand similarly with other drinks.

Which Items To Prioritize
Without a doubt, the most important items to acquire via exchange are the four types of Move Candy Coins: Striker, Tech, Support, and General.
Reason
Striker Candy Coin (Red)
Exchange 20 for a Striker Candy. Raises a Striker’s Move Level by one rank.
Tech Candy Coin (Green)
Exchange 20 for a Tech Candy. Raises a Tech’s Move Level by one rank.
Support Candy Coin (Blue)
Exchange 20 for a Support Candy. Raises a Support’s Move Level by one rank.
General Candy Coin (Yellow)
Exchange 20 for a General Candy. Raises any Sync Pair’s Move Level by one rank.
Whileyou cannot farm these items by grinding an event, you will earn Candy Coins over time through various events and even just for signing in regularly.
Aside from these time-gated rewards, you’ll also want to make careful use of the power-up exchanges.
If you are new, you should hang on to every type of power-up you get and not focus on exchanging just yet.
Ideally, you can exchange three and four-star power-ups once your roster has been powered uppast these levels.
Of course, you may forego powering up your three and four-star Sync Pairs, but they can be immensely useful investmentsfor the future.
If efficiency is your concern, then ensure you consistently play the current events every day, as the Event Tab frequently rotates.
You should aim to acquire every item from the Event Exchange shops that you can, asonce they are gone, you cannot acquire those items until the event re-runs.
