Once you’ve destroyed all the Nether Portals inMinecraft Legends, one final challenge awaits. The Great Hog, overlord of all three Hordes, arrives in the Overworld with a new weapon to get revenge and finish what his minions started!

Defeating the Great Hog is no easy task, but by the time he emerges you’ll have all the tools you need to stop him and end the piglin invasion. With this guide, you’ll have no problem saving the Overworld and bringing peace to the Villages. Are you ready for the final battle?
This guide contains minor spoilers.
Preparing For Battle
Immediately after you’ve defeated the third Horde Leader, a cutscene will play. The Great Hog creates a new Portal and summons an army toattack the Well of Fate.While he’s there, youwon’t be able to build new Improvementsor teleport to the Well, so be sure that you’ve spent your Prismarine before taking down the last Horde!
The Hosts will ask you to come and rescue them, but you’ll need to do some preparation first. Start byvisiting the Villages and Homesteadsto recruit every Warrior, Skeleton, Zombie, and Creeper that you can rally with the Banner of Courage. Be sure to pick up any resources in the Village Chests as well!
Once you have your army - including all the Firsts that you’ve awakened -teleport to the Village nearest the Well of Fateand march toward the center of the map. When you see the Great Hog’s Nether corruption on the ground,build and fortify a Wellhouseto give yourself a respawn point as close to the final battle as possible.
Even if you clear out the Netherrack, you can’t build a Wellhouse within a certain radius of the Well of Fate. If you’re too close, back up and try again.
Have your army wait by the Wellhouse andspawn a group of Cobblestone Golems(and some Creepers, if you’d like) todestroy any piglin buildings between your Wellhouse and the Well of Fate.You don’t need to destroy the Great Hog’s entire base - you just need a clear path to him from the Wellhouse.

Fighting The Great Hog
When you reach the Well of Fate, the Great Hog will stop attacking it and focus on you instead! His spin attack can knock your entire army away, but most of your mobs should survive and keep fighting.Send your whole army, including the allies that you picked up on the way here, to attack the Great Hog.
While your mobs are keeping the boss occupied,look for spots of grass on the ground.The area closest to the Well of Fate isn’t completely corrupted, so by using Cure Netherrack on the small patches of green that remain you canclear away a space on which to build.Start by placing spawners to replace your troops that fall in battle, thenbuild as many towers as you possibly can.
When the towers are built,recall your troops to the spawnersand lure the Great Hog into the group of towers that you’ve built. Once he’s there,resume the attackand keep spawning mobs to wear the boss down. When he’s defeated, the game’s ending cutscene will play - you did it!
