Some of the most enjoyable shrines to take on are those that require you to engage with the game’s physics engine. Creating complicated processes that take advantage of Zonai devices and different materials is very satisfying - when it works, anyway. Tukarok Shrine will test your intuition in this regard - you’ll need to make use of Wheels in ways that you likely haven’t thought of before.

How To Complete Tukarok Shrine: Forward Force

As you enter this shrine, you’ll quickly notice aslotfor a ball to your left. To get to this shrine’s exit, you’ll need to find and then retrieve a ball. Press on and drop down the ledge in front of you to find the ball you need along with a vehicle.

If this is your first time encounteringWheelsin this game, just know that when you strike them, they’ll simply start moving forwards.

Tears of the Kingdom - Tukarok Shrine - A slot for a ball

This is the first of three puzzles involving wheels that you have to overcome. To solve it, use Ultrahand toAttach the ball to the top of the makeshift carand then strike it to activate the wheels. You will want to be on top of the car so that it takes youover the lavatoo.

Retrieve the ball from the vehicle and bring it up the steps. This time,Attach it to the top of the stone block on the rail to the right. Next, attach the Wheel to the side of the blockso that the arrows are facing forward, up the slope.

Finally,Attach the long metal plank that you’ll find propped against a wall nearby to the Wheelto turn it into a sort of propeller. When activated, the wheel will spin, and the plank will get caught on the raised bars, moving the stone block up the rail.

The final puzzle has youbalancing a wooden vehicle on the two thin wallsthat are close together in the water. The aim is to be able to activate the vehicle (with the ball attached) and have itdrive along the tops of the walls to the other side, as Wheels do not work like propellers in the water.

It’s difficult to get the vehicle balanced correctly, but as long as it makes it a decent way over the walls, you’ll be able tograb it from the other side with Ultrahand.

To reach the other side, use the very tallladderthat leads to a platform near the ceiling.

There is achestinside the water, between the two thin walls. Use Ultrahand to fish it out of the water - it contains aStrong Zonaite Sword.

With the ball over the other side, you can now use Ultrahand to guide it to the slot you walked past at the beginning.
