One of the most critical parts ofSun Havenis the quirky characters that populate all three regions of the game, and throughout your time in Sun Haven, they’ll have you running all sorts of errands. In Sun Haven, Withergate, and Nel’Vari, you’ll find a bulletin board from which you may accept quests from the local townsfolk.

Whether you’re sent on a fetch quest for someone, growing crops, going fishing, or more, we’ve got everything you may need to know about quests in Sun Haven, including how to take them, all the items, and your sweet rewards at the end.
As we cover the entirety of Sun Haven and each of its regions, this guide contains spoilers for the story of Sun Haven.
What Are Quests In Sun Haven?
Throughout your time in Sun Haven, you’re given a number ofqueststo complete.
Some of these are toprogress the storyof Sun Haven, others serve toget you closer to the townsfolk, and the focus of others is purely on theirquest rewards.
Quests are also a great way toearn extra experiencein all five of your Skills!
How To Accept Requests
When a quest is available, you’ll se ared exclamation pointabove either thebulletin boardin the correct area of Sun Haven, or, if the quest is coming directly from a character,above a character’s headwhen you see them out and about in town.
Quests receivedfrom charactersoften requiremore work(such as growing specific cropson your Farm, crafting high-level armors and weapons, and more), whilebulletin board questsare typicallysimple fetch-questsfor characters around town.
While quests are active, you can view them on theQuest screenon your menu.
Once you’ve finished whatever task was assigned when you accepted the quest, the text in the quest’s information screen will begreenand tell you toreturn to the character who gave the questin order to complete it and collect yourreward.
For each quest, you’ll have a handful ofguaranteed rewardsthat are given simply for completing the task. These are usuallycurrency,Community Tokens, food items, and more. Then, on top of these, you can also select anadditional rewardas well.
The items on thetop row of your questare theguaranteed rewards. Then, from thelower row, you’re able tochoose one additional rewardbased on your own goals and play style.
These extra rewards are oftenskill points(which aren’t always related to the skill you used to complete said quest), the localcurrency,items, and more.
You only pick one of thesefor each quest, so choose wisely.
Do Quests Expire?
You’ll notice in Sun Haven thatsome quests have timers, whileothers do not.
Story queststhat guide you through the narrative of Sun Haven, as well ascharacter requestsfor assistance,are not timed.Once you trigger a story quest or character quest, it willremain in your quest loguntil you finish it, whenever that may be.
If you have aseasonal task left unfinishedwhen the season changes, you’ll have towait a whole year to finish it. It will stay in your quest log until then.
Prioritize seasonal tasksto keep your quest log as clear as possible when you can!
On the other hand,bulletin board requestsaretimed, as are any of yourscheduled dateswith theromanceable NPCs in Sun Haven.
Upon accepting the quest, you’ll see atime limit beside the quest name on the right side of your screen. Turn in whatever items you need to in order tocomplete quests in time.
If youdo not finish in time, the quest will beremoved from your quest log, and youwill not be rewarded.
If you want to finish the quest, you’ll need to wait for it to come up organically again on the bulletin board again -quests cannot immediately be restartedif failed.

These quests are explicitly tied to adjusting to life in Sun Haven and unlocking its outer regions. These are typicallymultistep quests, many of which we have separate guides for, so click the links in the table below for help on those.
100 Gold
40 Farming EXP
Anne gives you basic farming tools and walks you through a tutorial on farming when you first begin the game. Speak to her when you’re finished to end the quest.
+20 Mana
50 Exploration EXP
Lucia walks you step-by-step through your first meeting with Elios, the Sun Dragon and protector of Sun Haven. Speak to her outside Town Hall, and she’ll bring you to speak to Elios to finish this section.
500 Gold
iron ax
Reach level five in any skill, then speak to Roza at the Barracks for an escort back to Elios to tell him about your progress. Speak to Elios to finish this section.
600 Exploration EXP
Locate the Glorite Crystal to the East of Sun Haven, and either pay off the bandits or fight them for the Glorite Crystal. Return to Roza for another escort to Elios and let him know of your progress to finish this section.

Wait two days for Elios to return, then speak to Roza again for another escort and talk to Elios a final time to end this quest for good.

500 Combat EXP
Glorite Sword
After moving into Withergate, go all the way North to speak to Minos, the Demon King. He tasks you with collecting ten Glorite Crystals from the forest South of Withergate.
250 Exploration EXP
Dynus Victory Trophy
Once you have the Glorite Crystals, return to Minos to be allowed in to see Dynus. Go through the Altar Room to find Dynus.
200 Tickets
Dynus Plushie
Decide whether to battle Dynus or complete his Altar Room of offerings instead. Both achieve the same effect, but it’s a matter of player preference.
+5 Health
+5 Mana
Once you’ve defeated Dynus in either of the above-mentioned ways, a cutscene will play.
20 Mana Orbs
Return to Sun Haven and speak to Lucia at Town Hall.
Peace With Withergate
9 Community Tokens
Locate Darius and tell him you’re the Ambassador to set up a meeting with Darius and Minos.
Head back to Sun Haven and tell Lucia how the meeting went. She’ll appear on your Farm by your mailbox the following morning to head to Withergate with you.
20 Tickets
Speak to Donovan for help getting you and Lucia into Withergate, so head back to Lucia to tell her. Watch the cutscenes to end this quest.
Friends to Nel’Vari
10 Community Tokens
Receive a gift from Gorwin in Nel’Vari and bring it to Lucia in Sun Haven.
Speak to Amanda at the library and check the trash for the supplies to craft a replica of the book you need.
When you have the real book in hand, return to Gorwin in the Council Room of the Grand Tree and give it to him.
These quests areunskippable- once triggered, they’llremain in your quest log until finished.

Grow four Heart Berries in either Summer or Fall, and give them to Allison

Deliver one Orange to Edna in the Orchard (initially requiresmoving the Snaccoonto the East of Sun Haven)
Craft one Loom and deliver it to Giuseppe

Gather 5 Milk from your own cows or buy it from Liam’s Bakery, and deliver them to Heather
Find one Diamond in a Rock while mining and deliver it to Judith

Grow three Blue Roses on your Farm and give them to Judith

30 Exploration EXP
Break Rocks in the Mines or at your Farm to collect the Stones
1 Amethyst
Coal may occasionally drop naturally when you break Rocks, but if it doesn’t, any kind of wood in the Furnace will make coal as well
Hot Sauce is a battle drop from Scorpeppers on the East Beach in Sun Haven
Collect five Stones from breaking Rocks on your Farm or in the Sun Haven Mines
Chop down trees for regular Logs, and give 25 of them to Wornhardt
4 Community Tokens
These are the most readily-available quests, and you’ll see them cycle out again if you’ve been playing Sun Haven for a little while.

All Withergate Quests
Below are all the quests you may pick up from thebulletin board in Withergate. You can find the bulletin boardnorth of your apartment building, over by the Carnival.
35 Tickets
Collect Arnold’s (mended) Shirt from Arianella and return it to him
25 Tickets
Silk can be harvested from trees with a Scythe when the tree appears to have spiderwebs on it
30 Tickets
Talk to Slobert to get the Lavender Candle, then give it to Cassia
15 Tickets
Chop trees, chop driftwood on the Beach, defeat low-level enemies, or purchase Logs from Harris' Stall in Sun Haven
50 Tickets
To complete this quest, you’ll need to slay 10 Phantomes and 5 Shadeclaws before reporting back to Cordelia
Grow one Snappy Plant on your Withergate Farm (or elsewhere with the Withergate Totem), and then give it to Cordelia once harvested
Grab a Cushion from the Withergate Tailor Store, and bring it to Honey
Bonemouth Bass can be caught in every fishing spot in Withergate
60 Tickets
Smelt Iron Bars in your Furnace or purchase them from Solon’s Smithery
Talk to Donovan for help getting the Trusty Compass from the sewer and return to Eris
Get the Back Scratcher from Fidget and return to Faeyon
Speak to Honey to get the Hand Mirror and return to Felix

Buy a Ribbon from the Withergate Seamstress and return to Tony

Talk to Wyatt to get the Tape, then bring it to Tali

Deadeye Shrimp can be caught on the Withergate Farm, in the city of Withergate, or in the forest South of Withergate
Grow two Suckerstems on your Withergate Farm (or use the Withergate Totem to grow them elsewhere), and give them to Wyatt
All Nel’Vari Bulletin Board Quests
Finally come the quests picked up from theNel’Vari bulletin board. It can be located on a bridgeSoutheast from the General Store, over by theNel’Vari Drop Box.
Like Withergate, there are also20 total requestsavailable from the Nel’Vari bulletin board.

Speak to Lucius to get the Tonic, then return it to Luke
Buy Hoof Polish from Sylvius and return to Angel
15 Mana Orbs
Either buy Honey from the traveling cart in Sun Haven, or make it on your Farm with a Bee Box
5 Lightning in a Bottle
Lightning in a Bottle is a Combat drop from Arcbugs
Get the Citrus Rub from Angel and return it to Clay
Antlers are a Combat drop from Hornsnakes
Bark Fish can be caught by fishing in the Elven Forest - catch one and bring it to Wesley
Find three Earth Crystals and three Water Crystals from the Woods outside Sun Haven and give them to Iris
Collect the Moonsight Potion from Opal and give it to Jarrod
Pick up a Glass Jar from Sylvius and return it to Lucius
Walk Choy must be grown on your Nel’Vari Farm if you don’t have the Nel’Vari Totem to grow them in Sun Haven
Dragon Gulpers can be caught either on your Nel’Vari Farm, or while fishing in Town in Nel’Vari

Adamant Ore can be mined below Floor 20 in the Sun Haven Mines
Either buy Animal Food from one of Kitty’s Animal Stores, or make it at the Baker’s Station for one Wheat
10 MO
Speak to Iris to get the Nutrient Salve, then bring it to Reed
Plant at least ten Acorns on your Nel’Vari Farm to attract Squirrels, which drop Peanuts that you can then bring to Rel’Tar
Collect Blueberries from the trees around Sun Haven and Nel’Vari, and either locate a Small Mana Tome in the Western Forest or make one at the Anvil
Get Pollen from Beeanca, then return to Vaan
Salix has the Bird’s Nest, so grab it and return to Wesley
Obtain two of each Crystal - Earth, Fire, and Water - and return them to Willow
110 Fishing EXP
It may take you a while to unlock all three regions, and even longer to fulfill each request it offers, but consult this guide whenever you’re stuck for a bit of help with your Sun Haven quests.
