However, you’ll find quickly thatAkihiko and Junpeiarenot effective on offensewith the Judgement Swords having such a dense affinity chart.

The Swords will useMatarukajatobuff their own attack, while also simultaneously usingMarakundatolower your team’s defense. This combination is routinely lethal in this battle, sousing Akihiko and Junpei to cancel these movesis your ticket to victory.

Judgement Sword Battle Strategy

The most pivotal part of this fight is that youdon’t waste time on physical attacks, since these will do chip damage to the Swords.

Focus on ice and wind magicon the offensive in this fight, more on ice than wind if possible for that extra 25 percent damage.

This is whereMitsurucomes in handy in this fight. Focus onMabufulawhile all the Judgement Swords are on the field, then switch toBufudyneonce they’re low for extra-powerful ice magic. Mitsuru learns Bufudyne atLv. 55.

BothAkihiko and Junpeishould focus their attention onbuff/debuff skillsto counter the adjustments made by the Judgement Swords’MatarukajaandMarakundaskills, as you’ll almost certainly find the team struggling to adjust to the adjustments.

Junpeieventually learnsFire Breakto cancel a shadow’s fire resistance atLv. 60.

Depending on how powerful you and the team are and if you’re over-leveled for the fight, Junpei may be an offensive option.

Outside of having Fire Break, keep him onsupport, buffing the party’s defense and usingRe Patrato pick up any downed teammates, lest you lose a turn.

Finally, with yourMC, focus onoffense, especially if you’ve brought the leveledJatayuwe recommended. It’s multi-target wind skill makes a great addition to Mitsuru’s multi-target ice skills, and the battle will be won before long.
