Hell Knight Battle Setup

The battle against the Hell Knights takes place on146Fof Tartarus inthe Tziah block.

Having just awakened to his evolved Persona, Caesar, shortly before you entered the block,Akihikomakes an excellent choice for this fight.

This is especially true if youlevel Akihiko to Lv. 47before the battle. At Lv. 47, he gains access toMatarunda, which allows him todebuff the Hell Knights' attack stats.

Offensively,Junpei and Aigisare good choices for this fight, asyour primary offense will be with physical attacks.

These two are not only good strikers, buttheir affinities will be invaluablein keeping them safe during this fight.

If you’re able to afford one,Aigiswill need an item tonegate her electrical weaknessduring this fight if she’s struck.

With the Hell Knights atLv. 48, you’ll want to reach betweenLv. 45-50on your protagonist to comfortably get through this battle.

With your offense covered by your teammates, your protagonist should be your healerfor this battle, since your other healers all have easy-to-exploit weak spots here.

Because of this, we recommend someone who knowsMediaramaat the very least, as the higher-power healing skills are still a little ways off for your party at this time.

Titaniaof the Lovers arcana is a great choice regardless of her level, but especially if you may grind her toLv. 52. She’ll know Mediarama innately, but when she learnsDivine Grace at Lv. 52, her ability withrestorative magic doubles.

Hell Knight Battle Strategy

This fight is a little different from the other guardian battles we’ve guided in that you’re reallyletting your team deal the damageto the Hell Knights, while you stay onhealingduties.

The biggest threat you face is from the Hell Knight’selectric magic, which is another reason we suggested Akihiko, since he resists electric magic.

Make the Hell Knights waste time by castingElec Break- having more targets for it is another reason we suggested negating Aigis' weak spot - to force it to waste a turn on something that isn’t a direct hit.

WhileAigis and Junpeifocus on everythingoffensive, be sure thatAkihikois using thedebuff moveshe’s beginning to get better at as you level him.Matarundais the multi-target version of his former Tarunda attack, which sees himlower the attack of each Hell Knight.

As the others deal damage, use your MC to keep the team in good shapehere, stepping back to use physical attacks when you’ve got the time.

Be sure whatever Persona you’re using in your own offensedoes not have an electrical weaknessand help the team lay into them, and the Hell Knights will go down before long.
