Chariot and Justice don’t have strengths against elements or either of the physical damage types, soany multi-target move will work to finish the battle, as long as it kills both of the shadows on the same turn.

Both Chariot and Justice areLv. 31shadows, which doesn’t change when they combine into one. As such, you and the SEES teammates you bring should be hovering at least aroundLv. 30yourselves.

The two Full Moon shadows focus mostly onphysical attacks, so you’ll want a Persona that’sstrong against physical attacks.

Unfortunately, at this stage in the game, you may not have someone who covers all three.

If you’re prioritizing one type of physical damage, you have the highest chance of being hit with apierce attackduring this fight, so focus your attention there.

Additionally, both shadows are capable of poisoning your partywith Poison Mist, while Chariot caninflict both fear and panicon top of it.

Because of this, skills and items to negate status ailments are criticalto this fight, as you’ll almost certainly end up dealing with at least one.

Chariot And Justice Battle Strategy

After being formally introduced to Strega outside the bunker where the Full Moon shadows are hiding and assembling your party for the battle, you’ll first need tolocate the shadows.

The hallways in the bunker arelinear, but lined withother shadowsthat will impede your progress.

When the battle with the Full Moon shadow begins, the two shadows will be fused into one, appearing asone large tank.

Proceed as normalthrough the first few turns of the battle, after which the two shadows will separate.

When this happens, whatever HP the single-entity form hadremainingwill bedivided evenlybetween Chariot and Justice, who will thenbattle you together.

Their separated form is whenstatus ailmentsbegin coming more heavily into play as the pair begin sporadically deploying their ailment-inflicting moves against your team.

Yukari’s healing and ailment-curing capabilitieswill help greatly in this battle.

Patracan cure one ally of panic and fear, whileDia and Mediawill heal the party. If you’ve gotten her toLv. 28before the fight, she’ll also knowRecarm, whichrevives an ally with half-HP.

Aigisjoins SEES atLv. 29,which means she’ll already have learnedSukukajato boost a party member’s hit and evasion. Offensively, she can deal strike damage to both shadows at once withSwift Strike.

If you level her toLv. 32before the battle, Aigis will also learnRakukajato increase a party member’s defense.

However, if you don’t want to level Aigis beforehand,Junpei will already know Rakukajawell before this battle, so consider this strategy when choosing your final party member.

A particular quirk in this fight that you’ve not yet faced istwo shadows that both know Samerecarmand can therefor bring one another back from the dead, undoing your progress byrestoring a fallen ally to full HP.

If you defeat only one shadow on your turn, the second oneimmediately uses Samerecarmunless it’s also defeated before it can.

The only way to avoid one bringing the other back is tofinish off both shadows on the same turn.

However, to do this,Chariot and Justice must be separated when you deal this simultaneous final blow. If you try to end the fight when they’re combined, the two willseparate back into two individual shadows, each of which will have1HP remaining.
