Scattered across the Overworld inMinecraft Legendsare relics left over from when the Hosts first created everything. Power Towers will give your defenses a massive boost, and can even be disassembled and moved by your helpful Allays. Firsts are enormous golems that are exceptionally powerful and resilient, who will fight for you for the rest of the game.

Unlocking these exceptional allies takes a bit of work; you’ll need to build new improvements and gather a lot of resources, especially Gold hoarded by the piglins. The payoff is worth it, though!
How To Unlock Firsts And Power Towers
While you’re exploring the Overworld, the Hosts will occasionally point out that you’re near a point of interest. This is one of three things; a First, a Power Tower, or a new Mount type. If it’s a First or a Tower,walk up to it and inspect it;Knowledge will then ask you toreturn to the Well of Fatesto learn a new song.
Firsts and Towers are awakened by two different songs that have to be learned separately, so you can save yourself a trip byinspecting one of eachbefore returning to the Well.
Once Knowledge has taught you the song -Wake The FirstsandCollect Power Towers- equip it to your hotbar from theImprovements tab of the journal.Once the Improvement for each song is built, you canunlock Firsts and Power Towersby walking up to them and playing the song, provided you have the right materials:
Legendary Mobs
Once awakened, a First willjoin your army for the rest of the game.Unlike normal mobs, theycannot be spawned; instead, they will respawn a few minutes after dying andautomatically travel to the next Fountain you visit.
Each First has a unique role in combat, and all four are valuable to have at your side. The First of Brick creates a shield around themself,protecting allies within from ranged attacks.They can alsoknock back piglins that get too close.
The First of Diorite doesn’t do much fighting, butsummons Golems at regular intervals.This means you’ll always have a few troops on hand even if you can’t build a Spawner!
The First of Oak is basically agiant Plank Golem, with a much greater range, damage, and health than their smaller kin.
The First of Stonefires bouldersthat deal heavy damage to buildings; bring them along any time you’re attacking a Portal!

Power Towers
Once you’ve collected a Power Tower, the Allays will keep it in storage until you instruct them to rebuild it. Thenumber and type of Power Towers on each map is random; one map might have an abundance of Blast Towers, while another might have several Stun Towers but few of any others.
Rebuilding a Power Tower costs125 Stoneand100 of Coal, Diamond, or Redstone- whichever you had to spend to collect it in the first place. If a Power Tower is destroyed by the piglins, it’sgone forever, so be sure to have a Carpenter Hut nearby whenever you deploy these powerful weapons!
The Blast Tower fires lightning bolts thatdeal heavy damage to any piglinunlucky enough to be struck by them.
The Frost Towerfreezes piglins solidfor a few seconds, similarly to an Ice Trap, but can target any group within its range.
The Stun Towerknocks down piglins within its radius, giving your mobs a brief chance to fight them without fear of retaliation.
