In three days, Japan will begin celebrating ‘Golden Week’, a long stretch of holidays consisting of Shōwa Day, Constitution Memorial Day, Greenery Day, and Children’s Day. To commemorate the occasion, Square Enix is hosting a giveaway where all you need to do is fill out aFinal Fantasy 7-themed “Shinra Company Paid Leave Application Form” and share it on Twitter.Your employer probably won’t buy it, so stick to sharing it online instead of emailing it to your boss. Especially if your boss is a gamer that has played FF7, given that Shinra is the fictional electric power company that essentially controlsMidgar, draining its resources while polluting its air. They even develop weapons and super soldiers to defend their interests.RELATED:Please Stop Showing Us So Much Final Fantasy 16Something tells me the evil megacorp that treats its employees like dirt wouldn’t be handing out paid vacations like candy on Halloween, but you may fill out a form linked below anyway.

Twitch partner Aitai Kimochi shared the giveaway on Twitter, translating the document for English-speaking readers. It asks for your department name, your name, the duration of your holiday, and the request reason, as well as letting you add any notes.

Once you’ve filled it out, follow the official Final Fantasy 7 Remake Twitter, and post your form with the hashtag ‘#神羅カンパニー有休申請’ (AKA Shinra Company Paid Leave Application). Obviously, you need to be in Japan to be eligible, but if you do win, the FF7 Remake Twitter account will DM you with instructions on how to receive your prize.

Simple, eh? No word on whether Shinra will give you time off, though. Unless that’s the prize. You can always book your definitely-real, not-at-all-fictional holiday with the also-very-real Shinra on a day you know Cloud and Co. are planning to… visit the facilities. Sure, visit, let’s go with that. In case Shinra is reading.

Kimochi even speculates that this giveaway is a nod to the original Final Fantasy 7 when Reno says “Now our vacation is ruined” after going on holiday with Rude and Elena in Wutai. There’s also a vacation-themed quest in the spin-offCrisis Core, aptly titled ‘Is It a Vacation Yet?’ where you’re sent to Costa del Sol to thwart the growing sea worm population at Shinra’s “prized resort”. Let’s hope our, again definitely-real, vacation doesn’t lead us into a fight with big oceanic worms.
