The Final Fantasy 14 and Puma collaboration in question was unveiled just days ago, with the collection available for a limited time this month.
In announcement posts, some fans are using the opportunity to share why the BDS movement lists Puma as a company to avoid. Admittedly, most fans express their excitement for the Final Fantasy clothing despite this, but the posts spreading news of the boycott are still gaining some traction.
Square Enix has not responded to any of the criticism it has faced over this collaboration. It remains to be seen how the fanbase responds when orders go live.
