World of Warcraftis a constantly changing and evolving game. Older content can become somewhat obsolete as more expansions roll out. The Timewalking Event brings the excitement back to old dungeons.

On a rotation,Timewalking Eventswill allow you to collect rewards and revisit old dungeons with other players. There’s plenty of items to work towards, and those that drop from timewalking bosses. Don’t miss out!
What Is Timewalking?
Timewalking Eventsallow you to jump back into old dungeons with a group and complete old content fornew/current rewards. Your gear will bescaled downto the timewalking dungeon you are joining. The items that drop in these instances will bescaled upto the current expansion.
You’ll also be able to collect a currency known asTimewarped Badgesfrom completing event quests and timewalking dungeons. These can be traded in for cool items such asmounts and toys.
you’re able to check yourcalendar in-gameto see when the nextTimewalking Eventstarts. Each event is in order of release, so theWrath Timewalking Eventwill always follow theBurning Crusade Event.
Reputation Bonuses
DuringTimewalking Events, you’ll get abuff that increasesreputation gainsfor that expansion. For example, during theBurning Crusade Timewalking Event, you’ll earn50 percent more reputationwith factions such as theKeepers of Time.

The Burning Crusade
You’ll be able to run theBlack Temple raid. Use thegroup finderto gather anywhere betweenten to 30 players.Then, head to Shattrath and speak toVormu. you’re able to find her beside Cupri on theupper level of the Terrace of Light.
You’ll be able to run theUlduar raid. Use thegroup finderto gather anywhere betweenten to 30 players.Then, head to Dalaran in Northrend and speak toVormu. You can find her beside Auzinbeside the fountain in Runeweaver Square.
You’ll also be able to run theFirelands raid. Use thegroup finderto gather anywhere betweenten to 30 players.Then, head to Stormwind or Orgrimmar and speak toVormu. You can find her at theEarth Shrine.
Timewalking Gear Scaling
Your gear will bescaled downto theTimewalking Instancethat you enter. This is a great opportunity touse old itemsthat have been collecting dust in your bank. Perhaps there’s a fun trinket you have lying around that you could use again.
Timewalking Rewards
During Timewalking, dungeon bosses can drop rewards that they would normally drop onHeroic difficulty. For example, despite the difficulty beingnormal, you can get theBlue Proto-Drake from Skadi the Ruthlessin Utgarde Pinnacle. You’ll also have the chance of receiving theReins of the Infinite Timereaver. This epic dragon mount only drops during the Timewalking Event.

During each Timewalking Event, you’ll be able to completequeststhat reward you withTimewarped Badges.

Disturbance Detected: Black Temple- Can be picked up fromVormu. You can find her beside Cupri on the upper level of theTerrace of Light, Shattrath.

The Swirling Vial- This item can drop in dungeons during the event.
The Unstable Prism- This item can drop in dungeons during the event.
The Smoldering Ember- This item can drop in dungeons during the event.
Bring theSwirling Timewarped Vialto the central dome inShattrath. This item will drop inBurning CrusadeandLegion Timewalking Dungeons.
The Shrouded Coin- This item can drop in dungeons during the event.
The Shimmering Crystal- This item can drop in dungeons during the event.

Spending yourTimewarped Badgesis part of the fun! Each expansion will have their ownvendor. Visit them and check out the awesome goodies they have for you to collect.

Can be found inHero’s Rest InninStormshield, Draenor. This is the building furthest south west on the map (alliance).
Can be found inWarspear, Draenor. Head out ofBrokenspear Tavernand make a sharpright, follow the path west (horde).
Aridormi
Can be found atKrasus’ LandinginNew Dalaran, The Broken Isles.
