InCookie Run: Kingdom, every type of Cookie has their place in battle. Except for a couple, Ranged Cookies typically stay in the rear position so that they can focus on attacking enemies without sustaining damage at their end. However, that means they’ll be left exposed if Cookies who are usually on the frontlines are taken out.

Still, having certain Ranged Cookies on the team is quite worthwhile in a lot of cases, because they end up doing a significant amount of damage to enemies before they’re taken out themselves - that is, if the enemy can even defeat them before dying.
7Beet Cookie
Beet Cookie is the only Ranged Cookie who’s a Common type, so she does fill a niche if you’re just starting out and want a Ranged Cookie who’s easy to obtain. Her Skill targets the opponent with the least HP and attacks them. It also halves the healing that the opponent receives for five seconds. That’s… kind of it.
Because of the healing debuff, Beet Cookie definitely has her uses in early game. But her Skill isn’t unique to her, and other Cookies who can do similar things are often stronger than her by default because they’re of Rare or higher rarity.

6Twizzly Gummy Cookie
Twizzly Gummy Cookie’s design makes her look like a threat, but she’s not really much of one in practice. Her Skill increases her CRIT DMG to a whopping 350 percent, but that doesn’t mean anything if she can’t actually land critical hits. That means you’re forced to use Cookies who can increase critical rates if you want her at her maximum potential, sinceToppings can only do so much.
Her Skill also inflicts Zap on opponents, which gets rid of any HP shields. While this sounds useful in theory, it’s too situational to justify having her as a member of the team, especially in World Exploration. Overall, she’s just not reliable enough for a permanent spot.

5Pastry Cookie
Despite being Epic rarity, Pastry Cookie isn’t really used much. Her Skill isn’t bad at all, as it increases both her damage and ATK SPD on top of damaging the nearest enemy. Pair that up with other Cookies who raise the same stat, and she can be a monster on the battlefield.

However, that’s part of the issue with her: she needsother Cookies supporting herto really shine. Add to that the fact that she dies easily in battle, and you’re better off using Cookies who are more durable and don’t need as much support to get things going.
4Tiger Lily Cookie
Tiger Lily Cookie is a good alternative to Sea Fairy Cookie if you want to stun enemies. During her Skill, she uses her trusty Butter Tiger to charge at foes, effectively doing damage and stunning them for three seconds. Her ATK SPD is also increased by 25 percent, allowing her to attack them more often.
If you put in the effort, Tiger Lily Cookie can help finish off foes in battles, especially if you’re struggling to get Sea Fairy Cookie. The downside is that she does require more work than many other Cookies to get to the point of being a beast in a fight.

3Caramel Arrow Cookie
Despite being a Ranged Cookie, Caramel Arrow Cookie is the only Ranged Cookie whose default position is the Front. Her Skill leaves an Arrow Mark on the enemy she hits with her ranged attack, and that Arrow Mark explodes, dealing damage relative to the opponent’s HP.
These Arrow Marks can stack, and stacking enough of them ends with the opponent dying very quickly, making her one to watch out for. Plus, she’s immune to debuffs for eight seconds once her Skill is activated, making her able to stand against Cookies whose specialties are debuffing in Kingdom Arena.

2Rye Cookie
By herself, Rye Cookie isn’t anything to write home about. But with her Magic Candy, she becomes one of the best Ranged Cookies in the game. Her Skill targets the enemy with the lowest HP and shoots multiple shots at them, all of which can inflict the Burn status ailment on them.

On top of that, her ATK SPD increases by 50 percent, and her allies' ATK SPD increases by at least 20 percent if her Magic Candy is at level 10 or higher. The combination of attacking faster multiple times while causing enemies to burn means Rye Cookie will probably make quick work of them.
1Sherbet Cookie
Since Sherbet Cookie is a Super Epic, he’s harder to obtain than the other Ranged Cookies, and for good reason. During his Skill, he creates 15 frost shards to hit enemies with, targeting those with the highest ATK first. Those who’re hit with frost shards lose any debuff resistance they had. They also get inflicted with Frost, reducing their ATK SPD.
Additionally, there’s a chance for them to become Frozen, and the Frost debuff increases the damage they sustain from being Frozen by 50 percent. On the other hand, any Freeze damage Sherbet Cookie happens to get hit with is halved. Lastly, any overflow from healing he receives is converted into an HP shield for him. With the combination of damage, debuffs, and even some defense, using him in your team is a no-brainer.
