How To Unlock The Zskera Vaults
The quest chain to unlock the Zskera Vaults is pretty short, and is located in thePatch 10.07 Zone; The Forbidden Reach. Start the quest line withHidden LegaciesinValdrakkenand fly toMorqut Village.
Here, you will be tasked with aiding theObsidian Wardersin their journey to learn about their heritage.
The next quest line starts withHelping Hand and Claw, where you mustlocate Explorer Jeb and Tacha at the Sharpscale Coast.
Once you have rescued Jeb and Tacha, they will ask you to meet them at theZskera Vaults.
Standing next to a large door, they will explain the system behind the Vaults, and provide you with some initialZskera Vault Keysto get you underway.
They also give a few initial quests to help ease you into the system, whichreward you with more Vault Keys.
These keys are crucial to progressing through the Vaults, and you should beaiming to gather 30 keys each week, so you may unlock every door.
The Zskera Vaults consist of alarge room with many locked doors. The room alters on a weekly schedule and will contain different doors and themes depending on the current vault name. Behind each door lies a randomised room, that can conceal many secrets, including:

Best Way To Explore the Zskera Vaults
Due to the nature of the Zskera Vaults,they are best explored in one session. Constantly dipping in and out will slow your progression, as you might have to backtrack to pick up certain items.
Instead, save up your weekly amount of keysbefore heading in so that you’re able to unlock and complete everything in one sitting. This is a useful strategy because of how the puzzles work, as they normally require you to travel between different rooms to complete certain objectives.
Whenever you leave the Zskera Vaults you willlose all the buffsyou gained during your exploration.
The Vaults are split betweenfour separate floors, and unless you are playing a highly mobile class such as Demon Hunter, you may struggle to navigate around between the platforms.

Use an Empty Obsidian Vial on a cauldron of Restorative Water and then throw the vial onto the skeleton.
Hardened Chests
Use an Empty Obsidian Vial on a Stone Dissolver cauldron, and then click the stone mounds.
Other chests may require you to interact with certain items in the room, or acquire specific items from the outside world. Treasures such as theRecipe Ratrequire a bit of time to finish.
If you may’t figure out how to unlock a certain chest, trybacktrackingthrough already unlocked rooms to see if you missed an item.
