Tir Na Nog

x1 (Dark Projection)

As Cereza picks herself up,follow the main pathdown the mossy tree root. There are no collectibles to be found along the way, so don’t worry about hidden nooks-and-crannies while you listen to the dialogue.

Cereza Standing Up Against Group Of Dark Versions Of Herself

Go past an Arcane Lanterndown to the water, and you’ll find a rocky platform Stone Cheshire can climb onto anduse Stompon. Doing so will drain the water in this area and reveal a new area.

In this area filled with brambles,go leftto find a hidden wisp against the stone wall. Free him to collect.

Dark Cerezas Turn Into Faerie Mages

Ignore the black mist for now.Run through itto reach a door you can go under. On the other side, you’ll come into a new area known as the Giant’s Basin.

An illusion is in here, but it comes with a unique twist.

Cereza Jumping Down Rocky Bluff Beside Sanctuary To Enter Wyvern Falls

Dark versions of Cereza will appear and float around her.Use Cheshire’s Slash to drive them awayand strike at the glowing, red stalagmites along the way.

When brought to an open area with a circular center,go left and around clockwise.Descend the stairs and venture to the Tir Na Nog.

Arsenal of Doom Bomb Faerie Is Summoned By Summoning Fae

Be careful. The closer you get to the Tir Na Nog, the more often the dark Cerezas will spawn.

Tir Na Nog - Dark Projection

This Tir Na Nog is a combat trial.

As you enter the arena, you’ll encounter three versions of Dark Cereza. Upon talking to them, however, they’ll reveal themselves to be nothing more than faerie mages.

Dispatch them as usual, but do keep an eye on Cereza too. Occasionally, dark projections of herself will appear and begin to circle her. Banish them with Cheshire’s attacks and defeat the normal faeries.

Ceshire Stomps On Spring To Activate A Small Bridge For Cereza

Once they’re all gone, you can leave this Tir Na Nog with another petal and carry on.

Potions

x6 (x1 Healing Tonic, x2 Umbran Syrup, x2 Demonic Mist, x1 Blast Cocktail)

Wisps

There’s nothing to backtrack to just yet, so carry on into the Wyvern Falls.

You’ll come across a Sanctuary, and a Remembrance can be found just due right of it on the cliffside.

Wood Cheshire Pulls Cereza On Flower With Tongue Grab

Head east, descend the rocky bluff and a ladder when you come across it, and stop to collect a nearby resource chest for a moment. Afterward, climb down another mushroom ladder.

You can absorb a stone nearby, but after doing so,cross the natural bridgeover to the arena where you’ll fight your first bomb enemy.

Salamander Appears For The First Time

This new faerie typeshouldn’t be attacked.Instead, you should either avoid it entirely or Thorn Bind it and run to ensure you stay out of its range when it eventually detonates.

Its explosion does not appear to affect its allies, so attempting to set up a trap won’t work.

Cereza Absorbs Stone Blocking A Hidden Path

Play the evasion game and defeat any other standard enemies to end combat.

Once combat has ended, absorb the nearby stone and send Cheshire to aspring platform. As he stands on it, Cereza shouldstand in the Rosemary.

Stomp on the padto stretch out a bridge that Cereza can cross.

On the other side, open the nearby chest for a Healing Tonic andgrow the flower.Step on it to raise Cereza into the air.

With Wood Cheshire, stand on the highest part of the rock face anduse Grab to pull Cerezaover to him.

From here, jump overwith green flowers twice to enter another arena with another new enemy: a Salamander.

This enemy cancreate zoning firesin the field, making them a bothersome support for other faeries. Thankfully, they’re quite squishy.

Put out the Salamanders for good before taking thehidden path behind the absorbable stoneto the left.

Climb the mushroom ladderbefore running across the opening and closing flower nearby.

Avoiding the traps, follow this main pathto a lever at the very end. Pulling this lever will activate an elevator-like mechanism Cereza should get on and take to a ladder-flower she can grow. In turn, this will create ashortcut back to the Sanctuary.

Shortcut activated, you’re able to now turn around anddescend the cliffside(don’t use the elevator) to find a chest with many resources.

Further down, you may follow apath between the bushes off to the right, where a wisp is held captive. Free him and then return to the ground where you fought the Salamander.

The enemies at the base will have respawned due to your proximity to the Sanctuary earlier. You’ll have to dispatch them a second time before carrying on.

Running across the large, open space to the northeast, take the mushroom ladder down and pull the leveryou find at the bottom. This will activate another elevator you can take down to an area with an Arcane Lantern.

Going south, you’ll spy a locked chest. The puzzle solution is:

Once the puzzle chest has been unlocked, you’ll receive lots of resources and a Demonic Mist.

There are a few absorbable flowers in the area, so pick them up as you walk around the area near the Arcane Lantern.

Heading north, take the stairsand turn left toward a chest. This chest is a faerie trap offering an Umbran Syrup and several resources in exchange for a “fight” against several bomb enemies. It’s an easy trade since all you must do is run around and wait for the enemies to explode.

Grow the nearby flowersto create a stepping-stool to the ladder, which you should then climb to the top of this section of the dam.

Go left for a chest of Onyx Roses, and thengo rightto dodge past a line of three hammer-flowers.

On the other side of the enemy flowers, send Stone Cheshire to stand on the breakable ground.Use Stompto drain the water in the next area, allowing you to progress.

In the next section, run over to the leverfirst and activate this. It will open the bridge you’ll cross soon.

Grow the nearby flowerwhile Cheshire runs over to the right just far enough to still be in range of Cereza. After stepping on it,use Cheshire’s Grab to pull Cerezaover to the cliffside where she can jump down.

In this next section, toss Hug Cheshireonto the ledge above. Once he’s up top, move him onto the spring on the far north side.Cereza should thenclimb on the red springin front of her.

Use Stompto raise Cereza’s spring up to the wooden platform. Get off the spring and collect Cheshire tojump over to the left.

The Jabberwock will now appear above you. you may’t interact with it yet, somove to the leftas fast as Cereza will allow until you reach the ladder.Climb it, and the Jabberwock will fly off. For now…

This will allow you totoss Hug Cheshireto the right and send him up and to the left on the dam wall, where he canbreak ita second time in Stone mode.

Blowing the dam gains the Jabberwock’s attention again, and you’ll have toface him a second timeafter a cutscene.

Although he’s brought his armor again, this time you’ve come with a new ability:Thorn Vice.

When the L2 prompt appearsabove the Jabberwock, press it to use Thorn Viceand hold him in place while Cheshire attacks. After doing this successfully once, the Jabberwock’s armor will break, and combat will end for now.

With the Jabberwock’s tail between his legs, you’re able to continue without further harassment.

This area will have an Arcane Lantern and a Skills mirror, so take advantage of this brief moment to recuperate andprepare for the difficult boss fight ahead.

Nearby, there’s achest up the mushroom laddernorthwest of this area. Open it for three of each type of non-healing potion.

To the southwest is a set of stairsyou can take down to a weak faerie enemy guarding aMoon Pearl.Dispatch the faerie quickly and take the Moon Pearl back to the Skills mirror to use.

With all preparations out of the way, ascend the stairs on the main path.A Journal can be found on the way, so pick it up.

From here, jump over to the next breakable spot on the dam.Use Stompto destroy it and drain the next area.

There are no collectibles to find on the way, so race through to the north to finallytake on the Jabberwockonce and for all.

The Jabberwock

The Jabberwock appears to be any other boss fight in the beginning. He has a long range and is very quick, butdodge his attacks and use Stone Cheshireagainst him to whittle down his armor.

When prompted, use Thorn Viceto get the upper hand, and keep knicking away at him until you can move this fight into the real arena.

To say that the Jabberwock is a harsh difficulty curve for this game would be an understatement.

Thearena is covered in water, and stepping off the platforms willseverely limit mobility- something you desperately want a lot of against this type of enemy.

It has ranged attacks and sweeping physical attacks alike, so it’s a tricky fight thatwill require a lot of moving and no small amount of patience.

A winning strategy includes:

Once the Jabberwock has hit the final third of its health, you musttake shelter behind the big stone pillars.

Getting hit with its huge AOE beam attack is guaranteed death.

It’ll do this move again at around the final tenth of his health bar, but the caveat the second time is that it’ll begin moving to the side a bit. Justdirect Cereza to stay behind the pillar, and you should be fine.

Continue hitting the Jabberwock as you have until you reach the final phase of his fight. Cheshire won’t be of any use after this point.

Race over to the nearby ladder togrow the flowers on the side of the cageabove. After, drop back downto the ground andcross over to the other pillar, where you’ll do the same.

Beware of a missile-like attack that will begin as you drop from the first pillar. Dodge-roll past them to avoid their explosive strikes.

Once the cage has fallen, you can begin your button-mashing ending and put an end to the Jabberwock.

Elemental Core

x1 (Water)

Leave the Jabberwock’s arena with the ladder to the north and enter the Water Shrine.

Like with the Stone element, destroy the core to absorb the element. This will now give you access to Water Form Cheshire. This new form will let Cheshire:

Cereza can absorb water sources and change the nearby water level (essentially draining it).

Use this new power todrain the water in front of you.Cross over to an area with several fires that you’re able to put out with Aquastream.

Follow the main path to an Arcane Lantern and officially enter the lower part of Chalkroot Hollow.

In this area, you canuse your Aquastreamon the spinning contraption to the right and inside thepipe on your leftto push out ahidden wisp.

To the north, jump onto the nearby lily padand face Cheshire in the opposite direction of where you wish to go.Use his Aquastreamto propel you forward.

Once you reach the far bank, propel the lily pad to go west, where you can find a resource chest you can open after putting out the fire shield with Aquastream. Afterward, return to that far bank and jump off the lily pad.

Head southuntil you see aspinning mechanismCheshire canstrike with his Aquastream(hit the left side). As you do, a bridge will change directions to face you and allow you on.

Jump on and then use Cheshire to strike the other directionon the mechanism. This will turn the bridge again, and once it has stopped moving, run to the right and jump offinto this new area.

Use Aquastream on the pipes nearby (and then the spinning mechanism to the right) for more resources beforeclimbing a few ledgesto reach anInferno Fruit.

Inferno Fruit in hand, return to the area on the other side of the turning bridge so that you mayrejoin with the main path.

Follow this main path to the waterside, where you’ll be prompted to send Cheshire swimming.Have him jump into the water and climb onto the lily pad. With his Aquastream, propel it down so thatCereza can jump on.

Cross over to the opposite bank, butonly have Cereza jump offfor now. Send her tothe lever nearby and pull it(but don’t let go).

With the bridge now open, propel Cheshire’s lily pad through the new openingand direct it to the nearby waterside. Cereza can then release the lever andjump back on with Cheshire.

Propel the lily pad to the leftto find some spinning mechanisms for resources and aMoon Pearl.Take all of it and thenreturn to the bank, where you’ll see three groupings of growable flowers. Grow them for a large amount of Onyx Roses.

Approaching the center of this large, open area will trigger a few fire-element faeries.Use Cheshire’s Aquastream to put out any fires or fire shieldsand defeat them as usual.

With everything handled in this area, have Cereza and Cheshirestep onto the large platform ahead.Use Cheshire’s Aquastream through the “doorway” toraise this platform.

Step off and head rightto trigger a talk with Morgana and move into the second half of this adventure.
