Many of you will be hopingStarfield’s release date isn’t pushed back again, but none more so than one of the devs who worked on the game. Not just because they naturally want their work to be out in the world so everyone can enjoy it, but because they’ve recently gotten a Starfield tattoo they will need to keep hidden since it’s technically a spoiler.Bethesda’s design director Emil Pagliarulo revealed they have a Starfield tattoo they can’t show off for at least four more months (thanks,GamesRadar). “I totally got a Starfield tattoo yesterday. And it’s something I can’t show or talk about until release, because spoilers,” Pagliarulo revealed. They do clarify that it’s not a huge spoiler, like the ending of its story written out in full along their forearm, but that it would spoil something that hasn’t been officially revealed yet.RELATED:It’s Time To Start Worrying About StarfieldTheir new Starfield tattoo isn’t the only memento from a Bethesda project the director has inked on their body. Pagliarulo also has a Dark Brotherhood Listener from theElder Scrollsseries tattooed onto them, and SYNTH spelled out in binary as a tribute toFallouton the back of their neck. Now all we need to figure out is who designed and applied the Starfield tattoo if we want to know that spoiler.
There’s an outside chance Pagliarulo will be able to show off their Starfield tattoo a month from now rather than having to wait until September 6.There will be a Starfield showcase in Juneduring which more details about Bethesda’s highly-anticipated space RPG will be revealed. Then again, the director hasn’t divulged exactly where on their body the Starfield tattoo is, so maybe it isn’t that hard to hide.
The pressure on Starfield to be a hit out the gate was already pretty big, but it has grown to massive proportions thanks toRedfall.Arkane’s new vampire game wasXbox’s second biggest exclusive of 2023 but it has fallen somewhat flat, even thoughits Game Pass numbers suggest it’s actually performing wellby at least one metric. Xbox is only one very good game away from making up for that though, and Starfield absolutely needs to be that game. No pressure.
The good news is Starfield will have sex. A hint thatits 1,000 planets would be entirely sexlessprompted some of you to panic, alerting modders thatadding intercourse should be their first port of call. More details about the rating Starfield will have has not only confirmed there will be sex after all, but thatyou might be able to do it while wearing a jetpack.
