First released in the version 3.5 update, Mika is a four-star Polearm-wielding character inGenshin Impact. He was a part of Grandmaster Varka’s expedition group and was first introduced during a limited-time event in Mondstadt. He also uses his handy crossbow when you press or hold his Elemental Skill.

Even though he has a Cryo vision, his passive buffs the Physical damage of his party members. Travelers can use seven different elements in Teyvat, but Physical DMG is usually not a good option, which limits the parties that can be good for Mika.

Physical Support

Hailing from Mondstadt, Eula is the only character with a kit based around Physical DMG in Genshin Impact. After triggering her Elemental Burst,Eula can get stacks by using her Normal Attacks, Elemental Skill, or Burst. These stacks get consumed after a few seconds to deal heavy Physical DMG in an area.

Mika supports this extremely well by giving her an ATK SPD boost upon using his Elemental Skill. You can also get up to 50 percent Physical DMG bonus if you have constellation six. This will let you have extra stacks for Eula’s burst and increase her Burst’s damage monumentally.

Genshin Impact Mika Eula Bennett Zhongli

It’s recommended to have a four-piece Tenacity artifact set on Mika in this team as it can increase Eula’s ATK.

This artifact set can be farmed in the Ridge Watch domain alongside Pale Flame, which is the best set for Eula.

Genshin Impact Mika Ayaka Shenhe Kazuha

Moreover, you can put the Noblesse Oblige set on Bennett to increase her ATK even more. Eula is the only main DPS in this team, so you’ll have to get a ton of Energy Recharge on her. The ATK provided by these artifact sets makes it possible to build ER on Eula’s own set of artifacts.

Zhongli’s presence might seem a little off in this team sinceEula gets resistance to interruption during her Burst, but you’ll be after his Skill’s Jade Shield effect. This effect reduces the opponents' Physical RES by 20 percent when you’re protected by a shield. This team’s rotation should go as follows:

Genshin Impact Mika Yun Jin Bennett Zhongli

Once you perfect the rotation of this team, you’ll see Eula dealing over 200,000 damage even if she’s constellation zero. However, this might not be an ideal team for Abyss floors where enemies spawn in waves since you can only deal huge damage once every few minutes.

Mika Cryo Team

Before getting into this team, it’s important to note thatyou won’t be using Mika’s Suppressive Barrage passive here. This passive buffs a character’s Physical DMG,but Ayaka mostly deals Cryo DMG with her Normal and Charged Attacks. You can replace her with Kaeya if you want to use that passive.

Though the teamwon’t have any main DPS character if you use Kaeyainstead of Ayaka.

you’re able to offset this since you have three Cryo characters, which means you will have their Burst easily.

Going back to the team at hand, Ayaka isone of the few Cryo DPS with Normal Attacks as one of her main damage sources. Increasing the speed of these attacks for 12 seconds every 15 seconds is quite significant. Ayaka also suffers from an Energy problem, which is resolved by having three Cryo characters on the team.

Shenhe buffs your Cryo DMG based on the stance of her Elemental Skill used. In this team, you’d always want to use the hold stance and avoid using Ayaka’s Charged Attacks. Finally, Kazuha can decrease the opponent’s Cryo RES if you’re using the four-piece Viridescent Venerer set on him.

You can replace Kazuha with Venti or Sucrose if you don’t have the character.Though Kazuha has the best crowd control for Ayaka.

Venti can also control enemiesbut his Burst makes the smaller enemies fly, which isn’t ideal since Ayaka’s Normal Attacks won’t hit them.

Here’s what the rotation for this team will look like:

Ayaka might be great for hordes of enemies in general, but this team performs better against smaller groups of enemiessince you’ll only be using her Normal Attacks.

DPS Mika Team

With the variety of artifacts and weapons in Genshin Impact, you’re able to make a DPS build for almost every character including Mika. In this team, you’ll be using the Physical DMG and ATK SPD buff provided by his abilities to buff his own damage. This will be the only team where you’ll have to upgrade Mika’s Normal Attack talent.

To make this build viable,it’s recommended to get his sixth constellation firstsince it allows you to get extra stacks.

Since Mika is a four-star character, this might not be a hard task if you get a little lucky.

As mentioned before, Physical damage is quite niche in the game, and there are very few characters who can buff this type of damage. This is the reason for Bennett and Zhongli’s appearance in both the Physical buffer and main DPS team for Mika. Though you can use off-field damage characters if you don’t have them.

For example, using Xingqiu or Fischl instead of Zhongli canprovide you with some off-field elemental damage while your Mika does his thing. Characters like Beidou or Thoma can also be used if you’re lacking the shield strength since Mika is quite squishy even at the maximum level.

Yun Jin is extremely important to this team as sheincreases the active character’s Normal Attack DMG based on her own DEF.

The rotation of this team can be quite flexible, but here’s the best one you can use:

When the rotation is over, you can use his Elemental Burst and heal any damage done to other characters.Though you won’t build Mika on HP for this build, so the healing won’t be that good.
