Despite last week’s screenshot leaks forAvatar: Frontiers of Pandora,Ubisoftcontinues to remain hush-hush about the project. Perhaps the game isn’t quite ready to be shown off yet, or perhaps they’re worried that James Cameron will come flying in on a Toruk if anything is revealed earlier than planned. Regardless, Ubisoft couldn’t stop leakerScriptLeaksR6from revealing more details – this time with regard to gameplay.
Be warned though, while Script’s Tweets have been taken down, someone copied them onto theGamingLeaksAndRumours Subreddit. Also, just in case you were wondering if this is an April Fool’s thing, it’s not; the Tweets were posted yesterday. As for how legit they are, Script has earlierleaked screenshotsand the pre-order bonuses for the game. In addition to that, they also leaked thekey art for Assassin’s Creed Mirage.

Firstly, the leaked information says that your character is a Na’vi that had been captured by the RDA as a child, and trained to serve them. The events of the game will see you reconnect with your roots as you help to save Pandora from the humans. You’ll be able to customise your character, craft materials, and upgrade skills and weapons to suit your gameplay style.
Since you’ve been trained by the RDA, not only will you have the capabilities to wield Na’vi weapons like the bow and spear-thrower, but also technologically advanced weapons like assault rifles and shotguns.
As suggested by the screenshots in the previous leak, you’ll be able to capture and bond with your very own Banshee – allowing you to soar through the air and cover large distances with it. It will also allow you to engage in aerial combat. The game will be set in the Western Frontier region of Pandora, which largely remains unexplored. So, expect to see biomes, creatures, enemies, and other things that have not yet featured in the movies.
The wording of these gameplay details suggest that they have been taken right off some promotional material, rather than the leaker’s own words. It’s likely that these details have been copied off an email, brochure, or other marketing material for Frontiers of Pandora.
