There are many things you can do in video games that you can’t do in real life, such as fly, produce electricity from your body, or fight gods. But many games still attempt to be like real life in some ways. For instance, several titles allow you to get drunk. This is, of course, a very common practice in the real world, depending on where you live.

8Bioshock

The original Bioshocktakes place in an underwater worldcalled Rapture. It’s quite different from the regular world, but it still contains plenty of alcohol to pick up.

Consuming some liquor can be beneficial because it recovers your health. However, there is a downside, as it also lowers your EVE, which you need to unleash all your special powers. But there is an ability in the game that alters the effect of alcohol by making it boost your amount of EVE instead of lowering it. You will still have to deal with the blurry vision you get by drinking too much, though.
