No boss fights, no creepy caves, just quiet places to catch your breath. Whether it’s a small town, a private oasis, or even a bar to get drinks at, here are our choices for the most relaxing spots to visit in
10Home Sweet Link’s Home
Thanks to his hundred-year soak in the Shrine of Resurrection, Link doesn’t exactly have a place to stay at when he wakes up. However, this changes once he collects thirty bundles of wood and three thousand Rupees.
Because with those resources, Link can purchase his very own house in Hateno Village. Finally, Link has somewhere that he can call home sweet home. Not only can Link display his cool equipment here, but he can also take a well deserved nap. But if you want a bigger area to kick back in…

9Get Away To The Private Oasis
Then how about taking a trip out to a tropical island? Scratch that, how about owning your own Private Oasis? In The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker, this little slice of hidden paradise can be all yours. All you have to do is give Mrs. Marie twenty Joy Pendants and then, it’s island time.
Here, Link can rest, converse with his new snippy butler, and play a minigame before heading back out to the great open sea. Link can also find a clue to the Triforce or even a Triforce Shard itself while staying here!

8Have A Drink At The Milk Bar
There have been a couple of Milk Bar appearances across the Zelda universe, but the most calming one by far is the Milk Bar found in A Link Between Worlds. Not only can you enjoy a bottle of heart healthy Premium Milk here, but you can also listen to live cover music of popular Legend of Zelda songs. Like Ravio’s theme and the music that plays when you are at Hyrule Castle.
Yup, this is definitely a nice place to sit back and relax in. Just don’t accidentally get lost and go to the Lorule bar. They don’t even sell milk there!

7Enjoy The Ordon Springs
What makes Ordon Springs so special is that it’s one of the first locations you will come across inTwilight Princess’slong introduction. Ordon Springs is located near your home, Ordon Village, and is also the home of Ordona, a Spirit of Life.

Though this place mightnot seem very relaxing at first, as it is where Link’s journey into the Twilight began, its beautiful and calming ambiance helps to remind you of what the Springs represents: it’s somewhere that the tired can go to after a hard day of work.
6Escape The Winds In The Fairy Fountain
The Fairy Fountains are hidden pools of relief that the fairies and the Great Fairies graciously let you use while adventuring. Though all of the fountains are unique, the best and most calming version of these structures are the ones found in Wind Waker.
In Wind Waker, the fountain truly feels otherworldly. The entire place resembles an underwater jeweled cavern with it’s rich blues, seashell designs, and sparkly lights. Even the nostalgic soundtrack feels more enchanting when you enter this magical cave.

5Shrink And Stay At The Minish Village
Have you ever visited a miniature museum and wished that you could explore the tiny rooms yourself? Well, in the Minish Village, you can. After Ezlo helps Link shrink to the size of a Picori, also known as a Minish, the duo can finally enter this hidden location.
The Minish’s village is filled with objects that look normal to Link when he’s full sized, but tower over him when he’s tiny. For example, instead of traditional wooden houses, the Minish live in repurposed jars, barrels, and even shoes. Though it might be a bit scary to be so small, the Minish Village is well protected and is surrounded by beautiful flowers making it the perfect location to get away from it all.

4Relax A Long Long Time At The Lon Lon Ranch
If you need a break from being the legendary Hero of Time, then why not put that Master Sword away and head to Lon Lon Ranch? In this Ranch, you can indulge in some Lon Lon Milk and visit the horses. You can even learn to play Epona’s Song with Malon. If you do visit the ranch with the blade of evil’s bane in the future, be sure to check out the friendly horse races.
However, while all those activities are fun, the best part about this Ranch is its giant green grazing field. Who wouldn’t want to graze with the horses all day long?

Tarrey Town might not look like much at first. Actually, it doesn’t look like anything when you initially stumble upon it. But, thanks to hard work anda lot of running around Hyrule, you’ll be able to witness this lonely piece of land turn into a comfortable and homey town.

2Swim To The Zora’s Domain
There was something truly magical about visiting the Zora’s Domain for the first time inBreath of the Wild. Immediately after entering, you were hit by the environment’s amazing blue and seafoam green architecture that sparkled even on a rainy day.
While you’re relaxing here, enjoy a dip in the pools, sleep at the Seabed Inn, tour the impressive Great Zora Bridge, buy something for your loved ones at Marot Mart, and maybe even help out some of the Zoras too.

1Take An Otherworldly Trip To The Sacred Realm
By far the most relaxing spot you may visit in any Zelda game is the Sacred Realm from A Link Between Worlds. Here, there are no enemies, no traps, and no dungeons. Just you, a couple of birds, and the Triforce. You arrive at this heavenly location at the game’s end and boy, is it worth it.
After all the fighting, royal trickery, and somber twilight tones, Hyrule’s Sacred Realm is a breath of fresh air. Take a break and listen to the birds sing, observe the unique floating landscape, and rest before you return to your world.
