In this game, once you go through with your decision you find nothing but sorrow in your wake. Your decision to indulge in a necessary evil has consequences. Lugo was right all along.

Get ready for nerfed progression, lackluster power output, and pissed-off NPCs for no good reason. This game really likes dishing out some rapid punishment for not doing exactly what vampires do. It’s funny how overdoing it can end up having you lose your sanity to bouts of blood thirst.
